What was that obnoxious beeping sound? If my head wasn't already pounding I would have a headache from it. What is wrong with my eyes, is it the bright lights? No, I cant see out of one eye, there must be something covering it. I'll deal with that later right now I want some water. I feel like I haven't opened my mouth in months. Its so dry. I roll my head to the side, looking for something to drink.

Instead of water I find Touya sitting in the window looking out it. He was alive, and he looked good. His skin was a healthy peach color, no more purple scars. His white hair shown like a halo in the even sun. He was gently rocking something in his arms. A small baby swaddled nice and snug.

I open my mouth to speak but nothing comes, its so dry. I close my mouth and swish my tongue around hoping to create some saliva. I try again with no luck.

"Touya..." I manage out on my third attempt. My voice didn't sound like mine and it was barley a whisper. I didn't think it was enough to get his attention but it did. He snapped his head around, his blue eyes surprised, mouth agape.

"Y/N...you're awake." Touya put the baby in the baby carrier and rushed over to me. He caressed my cheek, a tear running down his face. "Oh god, I thought you were never going to wake up." He kissed my forehead. "I'm so happy you are awake...would you like to meet our son?"

Touya grabbed him from the carrier and placed him on my chest. The small human looked at me with his bright blue eyes and I was head over heels. Seeing Touya with the baby had me realize I made the right choice that day when I risked everything to save him.

It was a long road to recovery. To save Touya I gave up part of my body for him. In the process I lost my right kidney, blind in my left eye, part of my liver and a lobe of my lung, oh and my hair turned white. I also quite possibly lost my quirk. The doctors are unsure if I will eventually regain use of it or not. They did however find that my son can already use his quirk.

Solaris has a mix of mine and Touya's quirk. He uses small burst of combustion in his body as fuel to regenerate what he touches. The doctors say that was part of the reason I recovered so quickly. So with Touya bringing Solaris to visit me every day I was able to leave the hospital a month after I woke up.

"Listen here cock face, why am I always stuck carrying all the heave stuff?" Keigo said as he huffed his way into my room and dropped the diaper bag and backpack on the floor.

"Don't use those words around (). Besides you lost the coin toss remember." Touya followed Keigo into the room with Solaris in his carrier. The sight of them bickering put a smile on my face.

After Solaris was born Touya moved to a small house on the Todoroki property to live with his child. Rei was always close by to help and to Touya's surprise so was Keigo. Keigo had already bought some stuff for a nursery and when he learned that the baby would be staying with Touya he offered the items he had, in exchange for living with Touya.

All things considered they get along quite well and have done a wonderful job of taking care of Solaris while I have been recovering. They almost seemed like an old married couple but I would never tell them that. I wasn't sure what it would be like living with all these men but I was excited to find out.

Things have come a long way since I found Dabi in that alleyway, and not everything was sunshine and rainbows but I wouldn't trade it for the world. I have learned to really treasure all the moments of life, but I guess being near death will do that to a person. So walking out of that hospital with my men on either side of me signified a new start to my life, one that I would treasure.
