I was woken up by my alarm and snoozed it for an hour. The overthinking of Daniel kept stinging in my head and kept me from getting any more than a few hours of sleep. I still couldn't get over the fact that Daniel was actually an f1 driver and I had the opportunity to get to know him right in front of me. Was I crazy for not taking the opportunity right away? Making him wait for me until I decided when I wanted to reach out? All these questions were eating me up inside. I had to let my best friend Hannah know about this.
I met Hannah in high school when she decided to sit next to me in history class. We both had the biggest crush on our teacher and that's what made us bond. People used to tell us we were inseparable but that changed in senior year when Hannah met her current boyfriend; Jimmy. It didn't bother me too much that her prioritizing changed, at least we still got to hang out a lot. We just weren't inseparable anymore. Hannah, Jimmy and I go together at Colorado State University but they live on campus. Jimmy studies sport management while Hannah studies art. Jimmy has been playing American football ever since I met him and Hannah has always been a talented painter. I know she will be able to support herself through her art one day.
