C.h.a.p.t.e.r T.h.i.r.t.y

The day of the champions league game arrived and to say that nerves were running through the team as a whole was a false statement. It was early into the morning and the sun was rising brightly into the room facing the hotel's pool. In the Amelia and Kai's room, the pair were waking up to the sound of Amelia's alarm. "Mmm, kai turn my alarm off." Amelia mumbles into the german boys chest. "Are you going to get up?" Kai suggests as he stretches before he runs his hand over Amelia's hair. "Yeah. Game day." Amelia smiles as she looks at Kai.

"You ready to captain us?" Kai asks as Amelia begins to run her fingers along his abdomen. "Yeah. I just hope I do a good job." Amelia frowns as Kai leans down and gently kisses her. "You'll do brilliantly, Lia. I know you will." Kai smiles as Amelia rolls over so she is laying on his chest, cuddling him. "I want to stay like this all day." the girl mumbles as the couple cuddle. "Me too. But we have a game to win." Kai responds as he and Amelia tightly hug, staying how they are for 5 minutes

"Right, lets get up. Kick-off is noon." Kai says as he pushes Amelia off his chest. "Hey, I was comfy." the british girl complains as she grabs ahold of Kai pulling him back onto the bed as she sits on his legs. "Pinning me down are we?" the boy laughs at the girl. "Maybe." the brunette brit smiles. The moment quickly leads to a quick make out session before Amelia and Kai finally decide to get up and ready. Kai was also still respecting Amelia's wishes on wanting to wait until she felt fully ready to have sex.

"Kai, have you seen my training top. I put it on my bed yesterday and it's gone." Amelia calls to the german as he changes in the bathroom while the girl scurries around the bedroom to find her clothes. "Is it on your chair under your jacket?" Kai calls back as Amelia heads over to the chair. "Yep. Why was it there?" Amelia asks as she grabs her top and the remaining clothes before heading to the bathroom. "I put it there so then it was out of the way for whoever came in last night." Kai looks at Amelia as he pulls his training top down. "Oh, okay." Amelia simply says as Kai leaves the bathroom to allow Amelia to get ready.

HOTEL RESTAURANT

For 8am, the restaurant was already busy with the whole chelsea squad. Amelia was in the queue to get her breakfast when Mason joins, kicking the poor girl in the back of her leg. "Oi, what was that for?" Amelia asks as she turns to the boy behind her who's just older. "Felt like it." Mason chuckles. "Guys, I have Uno. who's down for a game?" Jorginho asks, holding up the pack. "I'm going for a game to win. Kai, could you get me..." Amelia turns from Mason to Kai who interrupts her. "Pancakes with golden syrup and blueberries on top." Kai says as Amelia smiles walks away, slapping Mason over the head as she leaves the queue.

"Jorgi, I'm up for a game." Amelia smiles as she walks over to him, Azpi, Marcus, Marc and Ruben. "Do you know how to play?" Marcus asks as Amelia sits with them. "Yeah. I used to play it all the time as a kid." Amelia smiles as Jorginho begins to shuffle the cards. "Okay then." Jorginho says as he hands out 7 cards to Amelia, César, Marcus, Ruben, Marc and himself. "Okay. Who's starting?" Ruben asks as Jorginho looks at Amelia. "How about Lia does?" the italian suggests as the girl smirks.

"Okay. Since i'm starting, Jorgi. You my friend can draw 6 cards." The girl smirks as she places her cards while Jorginho glares at her. "You are an evil human." Jorginho mutters picking up his cards. "I know. It's why I'm so loved." Amelia chuckles as Jorginho picks up his 6 cards. "Clearly." Ruben chuckles as he places his card down. The game continues until Amelia runs out of cards. "And I win." the girl smirks as she places her final card on the pile. "How?" César asks. "I'm just good." Amelia smiles as Kai brings her breakfast over to her.
