C.h.a.p.t.e.r T.h.i.r.t.y-T.h.r.e.e

Following a successful first Champions League qualifying game, the Chelsea squad were back in London. Tuchel decided that with Chelsea's next game two weeks away, which is Tottenham at Stamford Bridge, he would give the squad some time to rest.

At Amelia and Kai's, the german was the first up. As he looks to his side, he noticed Amelia was still in a deep sleep. His leg injury was still in the process of healing but Kai would be out for the Tottenham game. The german boy slowly climbs his way out of bed, trying not to wake Amelia and quietly heads downstairs. This is where he finds Balou and Novella already by the back door, eager to head into the garden. As soon as Kai opens the door, the two dogs runs outside leaving Kai chuckling from the door way.

Glancing at his phone, the german striker looks at the time and notices it's already half past 10 in the morning. Two voices could be heard coming from Timo's garden. "Hallo Timo. Hallo Paula." Kai smiles from over the fence at the pair. "Hallo Kai. Where's Amelia?" Timo asks as he was quick to notice Amelia wasn't beside him. "She's still asleep. Like always." Kai chuckles. "Oh, I was meant to say. You and Amelia scored two good goals against Athletico the other day." Paula smiles. "Thanks Paula. I'll make sure to sing you praises to Amelia." Kai chuckles.

"How's the leg?" Timo asks. "It's okay. Thomas will want me out for the game against Tottenham. But, i'll hopefully be back for Manchester United." Kai shrugs, not thinking much of his injury. "But you'll be at the bridge?" Timo asks another question. "Yeah. Watching the best team in London from the stands." Kai chuckles before saying, "I'm off to check Lia is up. If she's not I'm dragging her out of bed."

Heading inside, Kai leaves the door open as Novella and Balou were still playing in the garden. Heading up to his room, Kai peeks inside and sees Amelia still asleep. Quietly, Kai heads over to Amelia and gently places a few kisses on her cheek to wake her up. "Come on, Lia. Get up." Kai quietly says to the girl.

Amelia groans before slowly opening her eyes which meet Kai's. "Hi." the girl mutters. "Hallo." Kai chuckles as he gently kisses the british girl on her the lips. "That's a nice way to wake up." Amelia chuckles. "Well, I had other options but I went to gentle option." Kai laughs as Amelia pulls him into a long hug. The pair hiding their faces in each others shoulders.

"I love you." Amelia mutters into her boyfriend's shoulder. "I love you more." Kai mutters back. "So, what are we doing today then?" Amelia asks as she looks up at Kai. "How about we take Novella and Balou to the beach? Have a beach day." Kai suggests. The beach has become Amelia and Kai's favorite place to have mini dates and strolls with their dogs or alone.

THE BEACH

As soon as Amelia and Kai reached the beach, the pair headed to the back seat to find two every excited dogs. Amelia attaches Novella's leash to her collar while Kai attaches Balou's. The two dogs eagerly jump out the car as the couple shut the doors.

The moment their feet were on the sand, Amelia and Kai detatch the leashes of their pets, who run onto the sand. "Look at them two, playing on the beach like kids." Amelia chuckles as Kai takes her hand into his. "Are you really risking people spotting us like this?" Amelia asks. "Honestly, Lia. I don't give a toss what other people think about us. All that matter is that we have each other." Kai smiles as he turns to Amelia and gently pecks her lips. "Yeah. Right now it's just me, you, Balou and Novella." Amelia smiles as she and Kai continue to walk towards their dogs.

The pair were expecting people to immediately recognize them and bug them for photos and autographs. But, they weren't really. Apart from fan's capturing the couple from a distance kissing and looking at each other loved up. As the day goes on, the couple originally didn't want to spend all day at the beach but it turned out to be a full day. Amelia and Kai were currently sat on the beach with Novella and Balou laid down.

The shore washing against the sand as Amelia laids in Kai's arms with her back against the german's chest. "I've loved today. Just us on a date." Amelia smiles as she turns her head in Kai's direction. "Me too. And honestly, I don't want to hide us any longer. But, it's up to you if you want to announce." Kai smiles back before pecking his girlfriends lips. "I want to tell people. Teammates and fans. I honestly don't care what fans think. All that matters is the opinion of you and the team." Amelia says as Kai tightens his grip around the girl, hugging her.

"Want to head home?" Kai asks as Amelia nods. "Novella, Balou. Come on." Kai calls to the two dogs as the couple stand up. Amelia attaches Novella's leash while Kai does Balou's. The pair walk back to Kai's car and the two, now tired, dogs jump into the back. After making sure the dachshund and golden labrador were secured, Amelia gets into the passenger sear while Kai gets into the drivers.

The touch of Kai's hand on Amelia's thigh sends chills through the girls body. She melts under his touch every time, craving him more. "When we get back, how about we you know. I'm ready." Amelia smiles as she turns and looks ar Kai. "Are you sure?" the german glances at her. "Yeah." the british girl nods. The driver home was relaxing with the two dogs in the back.

AT HOME

With the day drawing to a close, Amelia was in the kitchen cooking lasagna while Kai was finding a movie for the pair to watch. "Babe, hurry up with the food. I'm hungry." Kai complains from the living room as he walks over to the kitchen. "It's in the oven right now. You'll just have to wait." Amelia chuckles as she responds to the german's complaints of hunger. "Why couldn't we order take out." Kai says as he walks into the kitchen. "Because, I wanted to make my lasagna for you to try. Trust me, you won't be disappointed." Amelia says turns towards Kai.

"Oh really?" Kai smirks as he places his hands on the brunette's hips. "Yeah." Amelia says, trying to hold back her chuckle. Before she could say anything else, Kai crashes his lips onto hers and lifts her up so she's sat on the kitchen counter. "You know we can't do it yet with the lasagna cooking. As soon as tea is out the way and everything then we can." Amelia teases. "Will you quit teasing me. You know how you make me feel." Kai groans. "No I don't. How do I make you feel?" Amelia asks, intrigued in what Kai has to say. "Honestly, you drive me absolutely insane. Everyday at training I just want to kiss you and have you in my arms but I know we're keeping this from the others for now. You're just perfect and it makes me go mental." Kai admits as he and Amelia look deeply into each others eyes. "Just shut up okay." Amelia shakes her head before crashing her lips onto Kai's, both of their mouths moving insync.

However, the beeping of the oven interrupts the intimate moment between the pair. "Uhh, can we hurry up and eat. Continue this in the bedroom?" Kai suggests. Amelia smirks at the boy comment as she dishes the lasagna, putting some away for them to have tomorrow.

Amelia and Kai sit beside one another before Kai puts on the movie. "Oh my god, this is amazing." Kai glances at Amelia as she smiles before they continue eating. "I told you so." Amelia chuckles before she continues to eat. The pair finish eating before washing up their dishes and letting them drain on the side as they continue watching their movie. However, that doesn't that long as the pair quickly end up laid on the couch, their mouths connected and moving at the same time. "Can we...can we take this to the bedroom?" Amelia asks. "Yeah." Kai nods. He quickly turns the TV off before picking Amelia up and her legs wrap around his waist.

As soon as the duo were in the bedroom, we all know what happens next. Afterwards, Amelia and Kai lay cuddled under the duvet. As the couple lay under the duvet, fully unclothed, Kai runs his fingers along Amelia's arm as she rests her hand on his stomach while laying her head in his chest. The silence between the pair results in Amelia falling asleep. Kai only notices when her hears the british girl gently snoring against his chest. He chuckles before gently kissing the top of her head and falling asleep himself.
