its been a week since both of the assasins dropped miri to her mom ( just imagine she was good and acceptable and all went good).
they hate to agree but she actually grew on them, or probably her warmth grew on them. being grow up without any family or warmth they secretly craved it.
"it's your new mission, kill the couple , here is your advance and all the necessary information" kyutaro said monotonously while passing the files to the blond man .
"hai we will complete it soon" kazuki said while moving towards the exit.
"kazuki be alert maybe you'll find something precious" kyu stated as he knew after the absence of miri they were feeling empty.while researching about their targets he came across their untold daughter. she had no records as if she didn't existed , as per the people who had contact with her stated she was a good kid yet was abused by her shitty parents. kyu felt bad for her , she was just a child. as the situation with the two assassins and her fitted perfectly as a puzzle piece. he allotted them this mission
kazuki returned home only to meet with cigarette buds all over table and video games lying on sofa . after miri left rei turned back to his usual routine tho he surely seemed more depressed.(if that's even possible). he kept the files on dining table as he proceed to clean the room.
it was the day . the day of mission. the winds were blowing slightly , the sun shone brightly , a perfect weather for eliminating humans. they went into the manor breaking through the security system. they were dressed as servants.
"YOU CANT EVEN DO A SINGLE THING RIGHT YOU BRAT" The (h/c) woman screamed as she smashed the nearby vase on a small figure behind the couch. small whimpers were heard , pleading the old woman to forgive her this time as it wont be repeated but the old nasty woman was getting even more mad passing second. what did the small girl did . yeah she just stole some food from the leftovers because she apparently haven't been fed since days.
as the guys were watching this. a old man probably in his 30s entered the room only to be met with the usual sight he turned around to watch the tv as if it was a daily routine . it irritated the shit out of kazuki 'how could they even treat a small kid like that , its horrible'
he looked over to the girl ,wearing an old dress which was too big for her , it had holes as many parts of her skin were visible, what made it worse was the fact that majorly her entire body was covered with bruises and scars some were faint and some were as bloody as new. 'how long has they be even doing this' he influriated.
there was one thing kazuki cannot tolerate . EVER. abusing a child.
and the scene before him provoked his internal assassin. he was snapped from his thought when he heard a wine bottle shatter to the floor well technically the old man who was the father of the small girl , slammed it on her shoulder , blood started trickling down her arms ,soaking her clothes. this was it . his patience ended. while the old man was about to raise his hand again kazuki kicked him in guts.
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU EVE-" before the old man could've said something kazuki landed a punch on his face. which soon turned into some break bone fight . the older woman panicked, she tried running through the door only to feel a bullet hitting her. rei stood outside of the room holding a gun , as he hit 3 more bullets on her head. he turned his focus on the man who was now being kept into chokehold by kazuki, well soon killed by rei.
"FUCKING BASTARDS" Kazuki sighed as he let go of the dead man . he had 3 shots in his head 2 on his hand and one on his chest. even a single bullet could've done the work but seeing that rei heard the abuse these weirdos were putting on the small girl, made him loose some shit. he soon turned towards his partner who was now holding an unconscious body of small girl. they took her home.why?? Because 1. they couldn't have left her dying here and 2. they also couldnt have taken her to the hospital looking at their work status.
its been 2 hour since the incident but the girl haven't still woke up yet which concerned the two male, they noticed her body it was filled with cuts and bruise , sure they would heal soon but some of them would leave a nasty scar.they felt bad for her rei felt it more as he knew how it felt being treated like an object by your own family. he felt a sense of protectiveness over her. they didn't wanted to give her to police , as the came to one conclusion,
"we are going to adopt her.....officially"
