URGENT READ NOW, LIKE PISSING SHITTING CRYING URGENT,MIGHT BE MY LAST POST

SO THIS MORNING I WAS GETTING MY ADHD MEDICATION REFILL RIGHT.

AND THE NURSE GAVE ME THIS PAPER TO FILL OUT.

The questions were about mental health and some shit.

And the last to questions were

"Have you ever, in your whole life, tried to harm yourself or unalive yourself: yes or no"

And I put yes

Majority of the questions I answered were all truthfully. I felt like testing my chances and NOW IDK WHAT'S GUNNA HAPPEN.

IN THE CAR RIDE TO SCHOOL MY MUM ASKED "what were the questions about"

And my dumbass said "like about motivation and stuff"

DUDE WHAT IF THEY SHOW MY MUM THE PAPER OR CALL HER.

WHAT IF I GET SENT TO A MENTAL HOSPTIAL.

WOULD THEY LET ME KEEP MY PHONE
