When Dipper got back to the camp he set up the campfire.

"There you are" Grunkle Ford said

"HA! we thought you were eaten by a wolf or som'en!" Grunkle Stan joked

Everyone laughed (even though it wasn't funny)

"Let's light the campfire and cook some hot dogs and some smores!" Mabel shouted

"Whoa Mabel, hold your horses!" Stan said

They lit the pile of wood and set up some camping chairs. Once they did they gathered around the fire and cooked some hot dogs and smores. They also told spooky ghost stories and tales of the old. It was a fun, enjoyable night, even Keyray was listening to all the fun and stories. By the time they finished it was dark.

"Time for bed kids!" Grunkle Stan hollered

"Aww man" complained Dipper

"But Grunkle Stan, can we stay up a little bit longer" begged Mabel

"It's better to get some sleep in now, because  in the morning we are going on a hike!" stated Ford

"All right" sighed Mabel

Dipper and Mabel took turns dressing in the tent, got ready, and went to bed. Grunkle Stan and Grunkle Ford went to bed after them.

(This is when things get real good! ;P  >:3)

>In Dipper's dream<

Colors spun so fast Dipper felt really dizzy, it all stopped at the color red and Dipper felt like he was on fire. He screamed in his mind. The color then turned black, he was so weak and cold in the dark. Then he heard an echoed voice saying, "A son of fire with his creature will rise and save the world," the voice kept repeating over and over and then many voices started repeating the words over and over. There were about 100 voices to count. Then a horrifying screech rang in Dipper's ears, that woke him up.

His eyes opened wide, panting and sweating, he felt so weak and so cold. Dipper couldn't keep his eyes open any longer and before he knew it, he was fast asleep again.

-Time skip-

Grunkle Stan was the first one to wake up to Dipper's hard breathing. He got up and went to Dipper.

"You alright kid?" he said as he placed a hand on Dipper's shoulder. When there was no response Stan carelessly placed his hand on the boy's head and quickly pulled it away. "Holy, Camoly That's Hot!"

"What's all the commotion about?" Ford groggily asked as he lifted from his sleeping bag.

"Ford! Dipper has a very high fever!"

Ford got up and rushed to Dipper's side and felt his head.

"Do you know when he started to look sickly?" Ford asked Stan

Grunkle Stan shook his head.

"Try to wake him up, he needs to take something if it's this high."

Grunkle Ford went over to his bag to find some medicine.

"Kid, you got to get up" Stan got Dipper to sit in a sitting position, it was a miracle that Dipper's eyes opened, he moaned as he did. "I know your tired kid but try to stay awake, we need you to take some medicine."

Dipper tried his hardest to stay awake, he knew if he took the medicine he would feel a whole lot better.

"Ah, here" Grunkle Ford said, he pulled out a container, unscrewed the cap, and took out a pill. He took out a water bottle as well. Ford then took Stan's place and held the pill to Dipper's mouth.

"Dipper, take this." he said

Dipper took the pill and Ford helped him drink the water. Dipper was laid back down into his sleeping bag and he instantly fell asleep.

"Once it's morning we should go back to the shack, we have to cancel this trip." Ford said to Stan

Stan nodded in disappointment, but he knew it was for the best.

Once it was morning Mabel woke up and headed out of the tent to find that her Grunkle's were already awake.

"So, when do we go hiking!" she asked

"I'm sorry kid, we have to call quits on this trip." Stan answered

"WHAT! BUT WHY!!!"

"Your brother has come down with a really bad fever. We need to go back."

"Dipper's sick!"

Grunkle Stan nodded

Mabel looked back toward the tent with sad eyes. "How could this trip end up in a disaster!" she thought. Once they packed up camp they started to leave, Stan carried sick Dipper on his back. Mabel worried about his brother more than ev-
