Chapter 5

AN UPDATE FINALLY. But let me tell you tho, this is one of my favorite chapters soooooo I do recommend listening to this song that is inserted above when you see the [Insert the song above]. It's optional but it does enhance the feeling :) (I was listening to this as I write this chapter) 

Not sure about the next update since the play is continued again so I will be busy + with other school and personal work.

Weeks passed by and Seonghwa finally had the courage to apply to a coffee shop as a barista. It took him a lot of convincing before his mind changed. 

Wooyoung was happy that he got to see the elder's eyes gain sparkles in them. Filled with excitement when he started his first day. He and their friends, Yunho and Mingi, would sometimes come to the coffee shop whenever he had his shift to support him— but also to pester him as to what Seonghwa would mostly say. 

Was the elder tired of doing his job? yes. It did tire him out for the first few days but as days passed by, he was able to adjust to his new schedule.  

"Hey hyung, does your shift end at the same time as always?" Wooyoung asked the elder who was getting ready. 

Seonghwa stopped in his tracks and directed his attention at Wooyoung who was lazily lying down on his bed— which was now wrinkled due to the male rolling around. 

"Yeah. Why did you ask? Are you planning something?" Seonghwa said playfully making Wooyoung pout. 

He was quickly caught red handed. 

"Why would you ruin the surprise hyung!" He whined at the older making the other chuckle at the playfulness that the younger was showing. 

"I'm not ruining it Woo. You're just too... How do we say this... Hmm... Obvious~" Seonghwa replied making the younger sulk more than before. 

Seonghwa turned around and went back to his own business, wanting to finish getting ready before he rans out of time. 

Seonghwa was happy for what he has at this moment. A part time job that he always wanted to have, friends that were fully supported to his decisions in life, and Wooyoung... If only the younger knew how much effect that he had on him. 

If his younger self asked whether he would see this side of Wooyoung, he is sure that his younger self wouldn't believe what he would say. He was happy knowing that the old Wooyoung he knew was finally out of his shell.

Unlike before, he was able to smile and joke around with the others. There would be times where he would initiate physical contact with the others which was sometimes entertaining to watch— but there were times wherein he couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy whenever he got too close to Yunho. 

But he shouldn't let those negative thoughts plague his mind. He and Wooyoung are already on the road to have a label, right? 

But what if he changes his mind?! Who would know right? A person could become tired if they're left hanging with no answer... But there are people who wouldn't easily let go right? 

Maybe its the time to do somethi— 

"Earth to Seonghwa hyung! Are you still there?" He was pulled back into reality with a hand moving side by side in front of his face. 

"H-huh? Yea— yeah! I'm still here. Is there something wrong?" Seonghwa asked, a little flustered at the sudden question. 

"I do really enjoy our time together hyung but if you don't leave now, you're going to be late!" Wooyoung said, making his head snap at the direction of the time.
