Chapter 9

Hours passed by and Wooyoung suddenly heard his doorbell followed by loud knocks on his door. Wooyoung was left in confusion because he wasn't even expecting any visitors in the afternoon since Yunho was busy while Hwa was busy working. Could it possibly be Mingi? But he didn't know what would be the reason for his sudden visit plus the male was focused on his studies, making him have less time to hangout with them.

He stood up from his chair— despite his urge to just leave it unanswered and then went to the door to open it. He didn't look at the person knocking and acted as if his mind was on autopilot due to the activities that he had to do for the day.

"What is it—"

"Woo, I have been messaging you for the past hours are you alright? You seem a little tired..." The voice said in front of him as he felt the back of his hand on his forehead to check on his temperature which made the said male shocked due to what he discovered.

"Woo you're having a fever right now. You need to rest! Just lay down and I'll get something, okay?" The male said as he pushed Wooyoung towards his bed, not forgetting to close the door.

"H-hwa? There's no need I'm alright. See? I'm perfectly capable of doing things on my own." Wooyoung attempted to convince the said male but it all went in vain when the older only looked at him as if he was caught doing something bad.

"Jung Wooyoung. Sit. The. Fuck. Down." Seonghwa said to him in a strict tone when the younger tried to stop the said male from going around his house to collect the materials that he needed.

The older looked serious and looked like he was ready to throw hands at any minute if one was to say something that he didn't like. Due to this, Wooyoung was left with no choice but to follow him and sat down on the chair where he was seated earlier before he was interrupted.

"Not there Woo. Lay down on the bed and get some rest that you need. I heard that your activities are still due next week so I don't want to see you doing anything else other than taking your time off, okay?" Seonghwa said, making Wooyoung nod in agreement, not wanting to get on the older's bad side.

"Do you have any medicine?"

"Yeah, I placed it somewhere in the drawers." Wooyoung replied, making the older get what he needed without any hesitation.

At first, Wooyoung didn't want to let Seonghwa do all the work while he was there laying down since he knew that his hyung was busy the whole week and he didn't want to become a liability to the said male. However, it didn't last long because the said male assured him that he wasn't tired and that nursing the younger back to good health was something that he wanted to do since he cared about the well being of the male.

It only lasted a few minutes when Wooyoung was told to take some medicine after he ate the soup that Seonghwa had made him. He wouldn't deny the fact that the said male was good at cooking and he was lucky that he was able to experience the food that his hyung made.

After he ate, he immediately took some medicine which took effect after a few minutes. He started to feel drowsy when he and Seonghwa were resting on his bed.

"Hyung, are you alright?" Wooyoung asked, his words slowly becoming quiet but it was loud enough for Seonghwa to hear.

"Hmm? What do you mean by that Woo?" The said male looked at him with confusion plastered in his face which made Wooyoung release a deep sigh.

"You looked bothered as if you had seen something bad..." Wooyoung replied as he looked at Seonghwa straight in the eyes

"There's nothing to worry about Woo... Just... All you need to do for now is rest, okay?" Seonghwa replied as Wooyoung felt his eyelids start to become heavy, replying with a quiet 'okay' before unconsciousness finally took over his system. As Wooyoung fell into a deep slumber, Seonghwa looked at the male for a few minutes before his thoughts went back to what he saw in the cabinet a few minutes earlier.

Although it is not ideal to snoop on someone else's belongings, he couldn't help but look at what was written on the letters that he saw. He couldn't understand it since it was in a different language but he was curious because it had his name on it. He didn't know who the letters were for but it kept on lingering on his mind the more he looked at the sleeping male beside him.

"Looking at it once again wouldn't hurt right?" He asked himself, unsure if it was a good decision to make since he didn't want to break anyone's trust just because of a simple curiosity that he couldn't even control. However, he just couldn't help it because he noticed that Wooyoung was acting a little off lately and he knows that him having a fever isn't the only reason that caused this sudden change of act.

He couldn't help but sometimes feel that it could be his fault since he was mostly away but at the same time, Wooyoung was the one that encouraged him to do these activities and hobbies that he always wanted to try. The sudden change of Wooyoung's mood was just so sudden and he couldn't help but suspect that the letters or notes that he had on the cabinet was the cause of this.

He stood up carefully, not wanting to wake Wooyoung up. Slowly creeping towards the cabinet that kept calling him and his curiosity once again. He didn't know if the letters were made by Wooyoung or if they were sent to him but he'll just look at it one more time and he'll forget about it.

Just to be able to end his curiosity once and for all...

OH WOW WOW finally another chapter after months and months of this story being inactive. 

Sorry for the super duper late update! (I have been facing writer's block for MONTHS) 

(However, I did not even stop writing although most of the things I wrote are academic related but finally I was able to squish in a few minutes to write the chapter) 

I'm not going to make this note any longer but 

Next Update? I'm not sure T.T but hopefully I could do it as soon as possible. (+ the story could possibly be reaching near the end finally T.T)
