Chapter 12

June 13th 2003
"So I honestly think you love him." Fran says
" I-..Why do you think that?" I say as I then take a drink from my milkshake and blush a little.
"I don't know, you just give me the vibe and you literally take care of him." She says.
"I take care of all my friends?"
"Yes, but.... you treat him way special."
"I treat my friends different sometimes."
"Y/N you literally slept in the same bed with him! And your excuse is that his house is haunted." After she said that my face went more red.
"Well-! That's because it is haunted! I'm pretty sure if it wasn't I wouldn't sleep with him!" I defend myself.
"You know... sometimes I wonder if you guys did anything else... besides sleeping in the same bed." Fran wonders.
"YOU PERVERT-! We didn't do anything like that, I promise." Fran then looks at my face and laughs.
"Your face is literally red!"
"S-shut up!"
"It's hot in here!!" I complain.

"Shuttt up for a second!" Fran says, I stay quiet.
"Okay, so I stalk this guy's blog .. and he's kind of hot."
"What? Show me." Fran then gets her laptop and types his blog in.
"Wow .."
"Heh, I know. That was my first reaction too. He has way more photos!"
"How old is he?" I asked
"Uhhh 19."
"You're 2 years older than him!"
"Yes, I know." Fran looks at more pictures of him.
"Well... that's new." Fran blushes at her screen. I look at her screen.
"Gym photos."
"You can see some of his abs under his gym shirt!!" She says
"I thought you were into emo guys?" I ask
"Well- I honestly don't know anymore."
"Wait show me a normal photo of him again."
"Um okay" Fran does and I recognize something.
"He looks related to one of my neighbors.." I say and Fran squeals.

Minutes later
"You want medicine, right?" I ask Fran.
"Yes! For HIVS."
"Okay, be right back." Fran owns me one. I'm literally grabbing her for something that I might get stares at. As I walk in I see Aubrey and her group.
"Shit! I literally cannot let them see what I'm getting for Fran.." I sneak past them but without noticing Aubrey was looking at me. 

I get Fran's medicine and headed to check it out but when I was on my way to the checkup line, there was one of Aubrey's friends.
"Hey nErD!" A boy with black hair yells at me, he's next to a guy with a guy with brown skin and blonde hair.
"My mAster, would like to check you out!" The boy with black hair says as his friend goes up to me. Wait, his friend is wearing a wig, how can I forget? Anyways, the guy starts acting VERY flirtatious towards me and his black haired friend comes up to me and tries to take the medicine away. I firmly grab it as he tries to take it away. The boy with the wig on tries to make it easy for his friend to grab the medicine and I basically have one hand to push the guy with the wig away and the other hand to hold onto the medicine for dear life. The cashier sees this and doesn't even do anything!

"Guys, get the fuck off her." I hear a girl's voice, it's Aubrey.
"Of course!!" The black haired boy says and walks up to Aubrey. The guy with the wig does so too, the only difference is that he blew a kiss at me. That was..a weird experience. I check it out and head to Fran's car.
"Hey girl! What took so long?" When she said that, I explained what the hell just happened."
"Jesus... anyways I'ma drop you off. I think you've seen and heard, too much today.."

She dropped me off at my house, was about to go in but I got noticed by my neighbor, Kel.
"Hey Y/N!" He waves
"What's up?"
"Nothing much, what about you?"
"Nothing much either."
"Do you want to hang out?"
"Sure!" I walk towards Kel and we start to talk about what we'll do in summer.
"I might go to a water park with my brother!"
"Oh cool! I love water parks, I went there for my 13th birthday."
"You have a brother, right?"
"Yep! Got that correct!" Kel says
"Out of curiosity, what does he look like?"
"Great question, he has brown hair like mine but shorter, blue sweater, grey pants and blue converse shoes! He sometimes wears glasses though but that's rare." Wow..then they really are brothers..so Fran likes Kel's brother. I don't know his name though.
"Why?" Kel asks
"Oh, no reason! I just ask a bunch of questions when I see people have siblings."
"Do you want to have dinner at my place?" Kel asks.
"Sure! I just have to text my grandparents." I said, I texted them and they were chill with it.

We ate, I met his parents and sister, his parents thought I was his girlfriend. It was kind of funny though. Me and Kel are currently hanging out in his room, or I should say his and his brother's room. But he ain't here so I'll just call it Kel's.
"Hey..Y//N?"
"Ya?"
"I got something to tell you.."
"Go right ahead, Kel."
"I'm asexual."
"Wow.."
"Cool!"
"You support me?"
"Of course! You know one of my friends wishes she was asexual because-" and...was about to expose Fran..
"Because what?"
"No. Continue on."
"Well- I just don't know how to tell the rest of my family. You were the only one that I've said it to because I trust you. But if Hero was here I'm pretty sure I'd tell him first then tell you second but he's not here-"
"Hero?"
"Oh that's my brother's name!"
"But I want to tell Hero, of course.. but I don't know how."
"I can accompany you when you do so."
"You can?"
"Yep!"
"Thank you Y/N!" Kel smiles at me
