Chapter 9_The start of the journey_

Unknown POV:

I've spent so long in this place I can't see I can't hear it's total hell. I don't know how long exactly I've been here but it has to have been at least 3 months. And all I've been doing is eating grass and wandering around.

It's sad. I died in my last world and have been given a second chance. And the only thing I can do with that chance is eat grass and be depressed.

"Where does the grass I eat even go, it's not like poop," I ask out loud.

<<Answer: All the grass is transferred to your sub-skill {Stomach}.>>

"WHAT THE HECK!!! Who are you and why are you in my head." I ask surprised.

"Oh, I see... Mind telling me more about this unique skill of mine."

~~2 days later~~

It's been 2 days since {Great Sage} answers my question and I've learned a lot. Great Sage also confirmed that I am no longer human but have been reincarnated into a slime. I've learned all about skills, species, and the cave I'm in. It turns out that this cave is full of what the great sage calls magicules. They are the basic building blocks of life and are also fuel for different skills and magic.

Also using Great Sages {analysis and assess} it is very easy for me to gain new skills. But it looks like I ran out of luck. Why? Because I'm on the bottom of what seems to be a lake and it isn't like I can swim out so I'm stuck.

Even do...I don't need to breathe as a slime so I won't die. I still don't want to live the rest of my mortal existence on a bottom of a lake.

"That's right I'm a slime!! A spineless creature like me is perfect for the water environment. All I have to do is suck in a little water and propel myself up word." I suck in a whopping 500 liters of water and shot a small amount of that water out my mouth. Using water pressure and my light body I can propel myself forward and reach amazing speeds.

"WoooHuuu this is amazing!!!! What I just realized. I don't have any brakes!!!" As the thought of "no brakes" comes across my mind, I hit what seems to be the slope of the lake. The slope works as a ramp and sends me flying.

"Aaaaaaaa"

"BLUB!!!"

"Ouch" As I'm flying in the air I seemingly hit something. I don't know what I hit but whatever it is, it's way harder than a rock.

(Thank god I have {Pain nullification} otherwise this would hurt a lot.) As I think this the damage that my slimy body receives gets healed.

(Hmm. Hey Great Sage what happened?) I ask the great sage for an explanation on how my body just buffeted out its own dent.

"I see... So not only i don't feel any pain I can also regenerate all the damage I receive. Thats broken!! Tho' I should still be careful." I think deciding to be more careful from now on. But then---

[CAN YOU HEAR ME...SMALL ONE] I hear a loud voice that is coming from seemingly everywhere.

(What should I do I can't speak!? Maybe I can do show and tell. No how's that gonna work--)
