Vanessa's POV
After 5 hours of driving, I finally enter my territory. It feels so good coming back. I drive through the roads along the woods and finally see a mansion up head on a hill. I go into the driveway and park my car. I get out, and ring the doorbell I hear footsteps. It was Andrew who opened the door but his expression of seeing me was shocked, he pulled me in.
"Are you crazy?!? How did you get back here?! Its not that, its great to see you here but are you crazy?!" A very pissed of Andrew screams well nice to see you to bro.
"Its okay, I wanted to see you guys so I came." I simply reply like its no big deal, he looks at me with wide eyes.
"So they alpha just let you leave.?" He raises his eyebrow Idiot. Is he that stupid that I'd just leave? I roll my eye at his stupid question
"No you dumbass. I told him an lie that I'm going to a pack members sleepover for the weekend so he's like yea sure." I say He makes an 'oh' face
"I'm only going to be here for the weekend then leave." I tell him with a sad face. He hugs me and I hug him. Oh! Aubrey! I jump back with a huge ass smile
"Where's Aubrey???" I jump up and down smiling, he just laughs
"I'll just call her so you can just chill around I guess." he says and leaves. I walk over to the living room and decide to watch TV since there's nothing else to do. I turn on the TV and watch whatever. During a episode of bob burgers I hear the door smacking open and I see a panting Aubrey and once her eyes land on me and she points at me.
"You. How dare you come here and watch TV and pretend like its okay to come back home and not even tell your best friend!?! Are you even forreal anymore?!" She screams and without knowing she pounces on me with a hug.
"Omfg I can't believe your back!!!" Aubrey cries I hug her back tightly
"Oh I just came for the weekend lying to Max that I'm going over to a pack members sleepover for the weekend." I say She tackles me into another hug.
'Well leaving or not, I'm gonna tie you in my basement and never let you go." She jokes, I laugh. see if you want to make me happy, this is the place I feel most happy at. Where my friends and family are.
And nothing can break that.
