I knocked on the front door and it opened. My eyebrows furrowed, I guess Selena didn't close the door all the way.
"Um hello! The door is open!" I yelled in to get someone's attention but no one answered it was completely silent.
"Selena!" I called to her sticking my head in the door. I remembered her telling me her parents worked late so I knew she was by herself.
I didn't get a reply so I walked in and looked around. Her bag was sitting on the couch.
"Selena!" I called again. I decided to walk upstairs and see if she was maybe in her room.
I didn't know which room was hers so I went to the first room I saw and heard water running.
She must be showering I thought to myself but the bathroom door was wide open. I walked in and my eyes widened.
There was a whole bunch of stuff all over the floor including the clothes she wore today and the tub was over filled with water and spilling over so I ran to the tub and turned off the water.
"What the hell" I mumbled and quickly walked out sensing something was wrong. I made my way to the other bedroom and witnessed the same thing.
There was contents all over the bathroom floor and I walked out stepping on something.
I analyzed it to be an empty prescription bottle. I kicked it to the side and went downstairs.
"Selena!" I was very worried by now I didn't know where she was and what happened.
I turned the corner going towards the kitchen where I froze.
"Selena!" I screamed for like the 5th time and ran to her side.
She was laying on her side unconscious so I pulled her into my arm and shook her seeing foam and blood trickle down her cheek.
"W-wake up!" My eyes watered up, What did she do to herself! I pressed my ear to her chest and felt a faint heartbeat.
I quickly picked her up bridal style and ran her to my car and I got in racing to the nearest hospital.

"Selena what do you think you are doing?" My mom asked me disappointed.
Everything was white and bright. The only darkness was behind me.
"Yeah Sel, why are you doing this?" My dad asked
"I-I can't do this anymore mom and dad! I-I can't live another day in this world without you guys" I cried to them.
"Yes you can and you will" mom said
"You're strong baby remember that" dad said.
"I don't fit in this world! Everyone hates me I'm not loved!"
"But you are Selena"
"Emily and John love you Selena"
"No" I looked down "no one is capable of loving me"
"You're wrong"
I looked up at them.
"It's Justin baby girl"
"J-Justin?" I asked confused
"He cares for you whether you want to believe it or not" my dad told me.
"He doesn't even know me"
"Give him a chance and he will make life feel whole again. Trust us"
Mom and dad smiled at me.
