We got to the rents house an hour after the time we were expected. Because Nathaniel is a sweetheart, he took all the blame but ma didn't believe him and scolded us. In all fairness, last night was amazing and I have no regrets on that matter, although being scolded by your mother in front of people you're supposed to represent isn't cute.
"We're sorry we're late" I said making ma huff and walk away
"That is one scary woman" Nathaniel said making everyone in the room hum in agreement.
"I'm Trinity and this is Nathaniel, we're Dom's partners" I said introducing us to the three people in the room
"I'm Gavin Brown and these are my daughters Nicollet and Elizabeth Brown" he said pointing as he introduced them
"First impressions are overrated, so let's forget everything you just saw" I said making them chuckle while I smiled
"Trinity get your pig out of my kitchen!" I heard Israel yell
"Who you calling a pig asswipe!" Dom yelled back
"Don't talk to him like that" Dakota said
"Stay out of this" they both yelled at the same time and a few seconds later, Dakota appeared with glassy eyes and a big pout
"Aww, baby" I said then hugged him
"They're so mean" he said while I brushed his back
"I know sweety, I'm sorry" I said listening to him sniffle
"Stupid men" he said then hissed and stepped out of my arms with his hand on his nose
"That's my woman you're talking about" Nathaniel said making me giggle. I turned to face him and wrapped my arms around his waist with a big smile on my face
"Caveman much?" I asked making him smile down at me
"Always" he said with a chuckle while I rolled my eyes at him
"Dad!" Israel and Dom yelled and I watched the man in question walk into the living room and sigh
"I'm too old for this shit" he said making us chuckle while they continued arguing
"I'll hang you both by your dicks if you don't shut the fuck up!" ma yelled and silence fell upon the whole house
"Baby still got it" pa said making us roll our eyes while our guest chuckled
"Anyway, w..."
"Fuck off" I heard Nevada say
"Now why would I wanna do that when I could just fuck you"
"That's something I never wanted to hear" Nathaniel said then sighed making me snort
"Dammy!"
"Shut up" he said then ran away as Nevada chased him
"Ooh, everyone's here" ma said then looked at all of us
"The house feels smaller with all of you in here"
"Right, us delicate women feel attacked" Dom said making everyone in the room turn to look at her, even Nathaniel who came back with Nevada over his shoulder
"I will kill all of you"
"Put me down you overgrown child" Nevada said making Nathaniel snort but comply
"There are too many men in this house"
"You're telling me" ma said making us smile
"Both of you better start popping out girls"
