Chapter 11 Demons They Face (Part 2)

//Eren POV//

"Anni-ARGH!" Eren cried out as he rolled down the hill. But before he started to fall, he saw who kicked him. The attacker was dressed in black, sun-glasses and hood...and held Annie by the hair.

"Let me go!" he heard her shout as he stopped rolling.

Bastard...get your hands off h-someone grabbed him by the neck and pulled him roughly back and over the bushes. He quickly recognized who it was, her black short hair and dark eyes.

"M-Mikasa?!" he cried out but she covered his mouth. She then let him go and he realized she was in her costume. She puts on her hockey mask and threw him a bag.

"If you're going to save her...suit up." She told him as she grappled to the trees.

"Right." Eren said as he unzipped the bag and grabbed hold of his hockey mask.

//Annie POV//

"Let me go!" Annie shouted as the figure held on to her. But she stops struggling as she saw the figure. "YOU?!"

"Oh, so you still remember me?" it was the man who attacked Eren yesterday.

"What are you doing here?! Leave us alone!" Annie shouted as she tried to kick him upwards towards his face but he simply grabbed her leg with one quick move. "Damn it!"

"I will not...not until I make Eren pay for what he did to me..." he told her. She stopped struggling and simply looked at him confused.

"What are you talking about?" she asked her, she still was looking for a weak point and the right chance to attack.

"I'll make him pay...pay...revenge for my brother-" Annie stopped him there with a kick to the face. He let her go and she started to run. But stopped when she saw them. Standing on lamp posts was the two mask figures she met before. Both holding two blades in their hands and they jumped down.

"Annie, run NOW!" the masked male shouted at her as they ran past her.

"Huh?" she turn around to see the shaded man running towards her but the twin figures stood in his way.

"NOW!" the masked female shouted to her partner and they connected their end of the blades together and swung it as one at the shaded man's chest. "AAARRHHH!"

 The blood squirting out from his chest but-

"NICE TRY!" the shaded man shouted as he grabbed the masked female by the mask and lifted her up.

"NO!" the masked male shouted and tries to tackle him. But failed and kneed to the gut and kicked away. The shaded man picked her up and threw her towards the trees. Her body slamming hard and she collapsed in a sitting position. Annie towards her and saw that she was unconscious.

"Hey...wake up...come on..." Annie shook and the woman started to stir.

"A...Annie, get out of here...please..." she told her.

"No, I have to get you out of here." Annie told her.

"No...time..." she told Annie as she pushed her away. Annie understood why and saw fist crash into her mask, cracking it and blood dripping down.

"GET AWAY FROM HER!" the masked male shouted in pure rage. Annie turns around to see him run in a flash at the shaded man. She can hear the slicing of the blades and blood shooting out of him "BASTARD! BASTARD!"

"Annie..." she looks back and realized that the upper left of her mask was broken off. It revealed her left eye; it looked familiar to Annie...

Her dark eyes...who is she? Where did I meet her...she looks familiar? Annie thought but was knocked out of her trance by someone lifting her up.
