Graduation

A lot has happened since that scary day. Sally was expelled and was sent to jail for attempted murder. Amy and Shadow were crowned prom king and queen but shadow gave his crown to sonic. Julie sue finally left knuckles alone since Sally wasn't at school to help her. Sonic met Amy's parents who freaking adore him to death. Knuckles parents and twin brother also met Shadow and they love him well mace was more jealous. Everything is turning out for the two friends like they hope would happen.
Today is graduation and everyone was extremely excited. After receiving their diplomas and turn the tassel they all tossed their caps in the air. 
Sonic and Shadow decided to throw a big party for everyone afterword. Music was playing, everyone laughing and dancing, and finally good food was being served. Yet Sonic and Shadow had something up their sleeves with blessings granted. Sonic takes amy out to the balcony where shadow takes knuckles to the fountain. "Sonic why are we out here?" Amy asked curious. "Amy from the moment we met you showed me kindness and love like real love that doesn't require money. You just being the beautiful soul filled with light is the most wonderful part of my day. I love you Amy and I was wondering....." he gets down on one knee and holds up a pink diamond ring. "Will you marry me?"

Shadow smiles as he sat Knuckles down on the fountains Stone ring. "Ok what's going on Shadz?" Knuckles asked seeing a big smile on shadows face. "Well this is where everything started falling into place. Our first date and first kiss. Knux there's no words to describe the love I have for you and you brought out the best of me. I don't want to waste one more moment." Shadow gets on one knee and holds up a black silver ring. "Will you marry me knux?"

Both Amy and Knuckles hearts raced as tears of joy filled their eyes and smiled. They knew their answer.

"Yes"
