Arkansas: Eugen? Is... that you?

The other ship girls continue to watch Arkansas cry. They had never seen him once cry in his entire time on base. Eugen went to and hugged Arkansas. They saw that this surprised him. He continued crying while Eugen hugged him, patting his back.

Eugen: There.... there... I'm here.

Arkansas: It's... been awhile, my little Prinz?

Eugen: Yes. It certainly has, Arkansas...

Arkansas: Surprised you still remember... me.

Eugen: How can I not, especially with what you given me?

Arkansas smiles and chuckles a bit.

Arkansas: That ring... right.

Every other ship girl: NANI!?!?

Arkansas ears winced at everyone screaming once, which Eugen noticed.

Eugen: Fox ears huh, I didn't know you liked Sakura culture that much.

Arkansas: Yeah yeah, my body grew these. Anyways....

Arkansas: We meet again, fake ti...

Arkansas got slapped by Eugen, who had a similar reaction to Nagato when they first met. And said the same thing too.

Eugen: AFTER ALL THIS TIME, THAT'S THE FIRST THING YOU SAY?!?

The ships stare deadpanned at Arkansas who is once again, stuck in the wall.

Arkansas (muffled): Worth it

Eugen: I see you became much more chaotic and less serious than you were last time we met. What happened to you?

Arkansas (muffled): Well, a lot happened, can I talk about this outside the wall though?

Eugen: No

Arkansas (muffled): Fair enough.

Arkansas (muffled): So, after the test, I was stuck. I noticed the rest of you went somewhere else, I guess this is where. I was stuck, left behind, to rot away. I spent 70 years sunk underwater. Now, that much isolation does not do well for one's sanity. And so, I broke apart. My emotions splitting into individual personalities. I used to be serious, that is until that part of me completely broke apart. And now, well, I generally don't care about anything, this is my most dominant personality. A lack of caring, and an enjoyment for trouble.

All the ships stare at Arkansas, he had revealed a lot to them. Some felt pity about it. Some felt sad for Arkansas, having to go through what he went through. Nagato was speechless, this entire time, she was simply talking to a part of Arkansas, not the whole person.
