All the faction leaders were reading the after action report and the recon pictures taken by Implacable after Arkansas left the Kerguelen Islands and went further North towards Siren controlled waters. The situation was tense to say the least. All the leaders were looking at the images taken by Implacable's recon aircraft and they were shocked seeing Arkansas' ship.

Yorktown: Goodness... how large is that ship?
Implacable: I do not know, but it was gigantic. Our recon estimates based on the body of water put it somewhere between 700 to 800 meters long.
All the ships present gulped at that revelation.
Nagato: Are those... carrier decks?
Implacable: Yes, they are. Going off sizes, they're full carrier capable decks, and it has twice that of Orochi's.
Nagato: Did... did he become this thing, Orochi Beta?
Implacable: Strange, he called himself Arkansas Beta when we encountered him. I do have another recon flight image, but I assume he noticed the aircraft and in this one started firing at it.
