Katsuki woke up in a hospital bed sitting up gasping for air, he winced as he had his back straight

"Woah there hey calm down",hawks said laying katsuki back down, katsukis eyes teared up

"Hey..",hawks said with a frown, katsuki looked up to hawks, his eyes were red and puffy

Katsuki sniffled, he felt an arm wrapped around him, katsuki turned his head seeing izuku holding him, katsuki carefully turned to face his body to izuku

Izuku woke up and looked at katsuki in the eyes,"Kacchan..",izukus voice cracked as his eyes teared up

"I'm so sorry, I should've been stronger for you!, Mirko wouldn't be dead because of me!!",izuku said in misery

His sobs sounded like hiccups,"Oh izuku..it's not your fault, it's no one's fault!, She only wanted to save us..it was her choice she- she...",katsuki couldn't finish, he started sobbing

Izuku both of his arms around katsuki pulling him close squeezing him tightly not too tight

Katsuki stuffed his face into izukus shoulder, hawks sighed,"I'll leave you guys to sort this out..you both be careful with each other's injuries",hawks said before walking out the infirmary

"Kacchan..did you get hit by a quirk?",izuku asked in a low tone

"Yeah..yeah I did, I don't know how he got a new quirk?",katsuki said questioningly

"Maybe he had it before..maybe he just hid it?",izuku said

"Maybe..I just wonder what the quirk is",katsuki said

"Me too..",izuku agreed

Izuku fell asleep and katsuki stayed wide awake, katsuki had a sharp pain in his chest and his head, recovery girl already gave him some pain medicine but it wasn't working at all

It got worse, katsuki clenched onto izukus gown whining, izuku woke up fluttering his eyes,"Kacchan?, What's wrong?",izuku asked placing his hand on katsukis cheek

"I'm having fucking pains and the pain medicine won't work!",katsuki shouted trying to hold back tears

Izuku caressed katsukis cheek,"I wish I could help kacchan..",izuku said with a frown

Katsuki whined then suddenly the pain went away, katsuki started transforming?

Izuku watched in shock as katsuki grew a breast, his face features changed feminine, his hair grew longer

"Oh my God kacchan...",izuku whispered, katsuki looked at his hand,"Why does my hand look so- feminine?!",katsuki shouted angrily

"Holy..your a girl kacchan!!",izuku said in amazement

"What?!, Hopefully I'm not like this forever..",katsuki said, izuku nodded agreeing,"Maybe this was the quirks doing?",izuku said

"Maybe..",katsuki said, he touched one of his ahem coconuts

"Kacchan it's normal size!, We just gotta find your size now since you know your uhm..nipples are getting hard",izuku said pointing it out

Katsukis eyes widened as he turned flustered from embarrassment,"Why'd you point it out you..- shit head!!",katsuki shouted

Izuku let out a breathy laugh

Later on izuku and katsuki got released, izukus leg was healed but he couldn't stand for a long time, izuku wasn't devastated..he was just happy he didn't lose his leg
