Izuku finally booked an appointment for a checkup as well as an ultrasound, inko and izuku decided to plan a gender reveal, izukus friends were helping in as well

Izuku used one of his jar containers, he had three full bottles of savings, he used one for the plans he made

Katsuki had no idea of it until he caught on from all the things izuku has been getting, katsuki was peeking around the corner from the hall

He watched izuku and inko walk into the kitchen setting down bags, katsuki watched quietly listening to izuku and inkos conversation

"How are we gonna tell him?",inko asked

"It'll just be a surprise!",izuku smiled

"What if he knows?",inko asked tilting her head

Izuku stood there silent for a moment speechless,"I uh.."

"Good question..",izuku mumbled trying to think until he had a good idea

"Oh maybe we can-",izuku was cut off by katsuki

"Deku",katsuki walked from the hall to the kitchen

"Kacchan!",izuku smiled brightly as katsuki fell into his arms

"How ya feelin?",izuku asked while rubbing katsukis back

"Fine",katsuki mumbled before stuffing his face in izukus chest, izuku sighed before patting katsukis back,"Alright kacchan, I'll make you lunch then you can eat in my room..I have things to do right now",izuku explained

Katsuki frowned before nodding, izuku pulled his arms away from katsukis waist then katsuki walked off to the room, izuku sighed then looked at his mother,"I'll put everything away..",izuku said

"I'll cook for bakugo",inko smiled

"Are you sure? Mom I can cook for him as well!",izuku asked nervously

"It's alright honey, I got it",she said

Izuku pursed his lips then nodded

"Are you ever gonna tell him about your patrol shift..?",inko asked

"I don't know but I have to be the number one",izuku mumbled as he put stuff away, inko nodded then started to make something healthy for the baby

Katsuki hugged his knees as he sat on izukus bed waiting patiently, although he did remember..he was sitting where he had his first time of sex, then he started to think about tattoos

Thoughts wandered all and around his mind, he forgot the time, he didn't move once due to being lost in his thoughts

He felt a tap on his shoulder, he snapped out of his thoughts then looked up seeing izuku with a smile and a plate, izuku handed katsuki the plate and katsuki took it excitedly

Katsuki shoved a spoonful of food in his mouth letting out a hum of satisfaction, izuku sat down on the ledge of the bed then stared into katsukis crimson eyes that were full of satisfaction

"What's on your mind",izuku asked

"I want a tattoo..",katsuki picked his head up then looked at izuku

"Get a tattoo on your back after getting home from giving birth, so I can blow your back out and look at the tattoo..",izuku mumbled the last part

Katsuki didn't quite hear izuku, he shrugged it off then continued to shove the spoon of food in his mouth

"Uhm kacchan..I need to tell you something and don't get mad",izuku fidgeted with his fingers nervously

"Hmmm?",katsuki hummed

"Today I'm starting my first patrol shift in an hour so I'll be home in the middle of night..",izuku let out

Katsukis eyes widen as his eyebrows furrowed

"WHAT?!"

"Kacchan you weren't supposed to get ma–"

"I DIDNT AGREE TO NOT GETTING ANGRY, I HAVE A REASON TO BE UPSET!"

"Kacchan it's just gonna be some hou–"

"CUT THE SHIT DEKU! WHAT IF YOU GET HURT?!"

"I won't let anything happen kacchan I promise! I'll be okay I just need t–"

"WHAT IF YOU DIE UNATTENDED HUH?!"

"Stop cutting me off and listen to me kacchan!!",izuku shouted

Izuku really didn't wanna scream at katsuki but he had to

"I'll fucking stop when you give me a good first sentence!!!",katsuki shouted back

Izuku stared at katsuki silently seeing katsukis eyes turning red

He was gonna cry

"What if something happens and I just have to raise the child myself then move on!!",katsuki held back his tears trying to pretend a crack wasnt heard in his voice

Izuku lowered his head biting his trembling lip,"Please..respond to me dammit!",katsuki shouted

"Kacchan, I promise to you I'll keep up with everything, I'm not gonna die..I'm not gonna get hurt, I will do everything in my strength to see my child be born okay?",izuku picked up his head placing his hand on katsukis cheek

"Okay..",katsuki mumbled sniffling,"Come on..you gotta eat",izuku looked down at katsukis plate

Katsuki continued to eat his food as izuku kissed his forehead, he watched izuku walk out the room

Katsuki wiped his eyes as he shoved a spoonful of food into his mouth

Katsuki looked at izuku coming back into the room after some minutes in his hero uniform wearing his gear as well, katsuki was already finished with his food just sitting on the bed with the plate sitting in front of him

"Kacchan..it's time for me to go now okay?"

"Okay",katsuki nodded

Izuku walked over and gave katsuki a kiss, katsuki returned the kiss hoping it'll never end but it sadly did

Izuku ruffled katsukis hair then walked out the room, katsuki heard the front door shut

Katsuki began to worry already, he didn't exactly want izuku to leave to work but he had to

Katsuki stood up from the bed grabbing the empty plate then twisting the door knob opening the door, he walked out the room then started to walk through the hall to the kitchen, he saw inko wearing a nurse uniform

"Hey sweetie, was the food good?",inko asked

Katsuki nodded with a gentle smile

"That's good..there will be more leftover in the fridge, I have to get going to work right now, I'll be back tomorrow",inko explained

"Oh alright, bye aunt inko",katsuki waved

Inko smiled before walking out the front door locking it behind herself

Katsuki got lost in his thoughts once again

Why do I even call her auntie?

Wouldn't deku technically be my cousin?

No no, I just call her that because I knew her since I was six..

I wonder if leprechauns are actually real..

What the hell am I thinking?!

Katsuki snapped out of it then washed his plate, he finished putting the plate on the rack then dried his hands walking back to izukus room then going in,"I'll just stay in here all day",katsuki mumbled

Katsuki felt a hard kick, he winced from pain as he rubbed his stomach, he sighed then laid himself on his side on izukus bed, he covered himself with the blanket curling up, he held the blanket tight as he used izukus pillow..it smelt just like his hair, that kept katsuki calm

Katsuki soon then fell asleep to take a nap, he hoped for izuku to be here when he wakes up
