Katsuki woke up next morning, he rubbed his eyes as he tried to sit up,"Kacchan no sitting up!",izuku said placing a hand on katsukis chest pushing him back down,"Ah? Deku?",katsuki turned his head seeing izuku

"Yep haha..it's me, how are you feeling?",izuku asked

"I feel so sore",katsuki groaned, izuku frowned then pecked his lips,"You wanna see chiyo and kenji, hm?",izuku tilted his head

Katsuki nodded,"Alright, by the way..the doctors did some surgery on you and they did some surgery on your breast so they produce milk",izuku explained

Katsuki got a little embarrassed but shook it off,"Whatever",he replied before izuku handed him a paled skinned blonde haired girl, she didn't have much hair

Katsuki held her in his arms with a sigh,"She's hungry so can you feed her..please kacchan?",izuku pleaded

"Fine..it's what I'm supposed to do anyway",katsuki mumbled

Katsuki unbuttoned his front buttons on his gown then chiyo latched onto his nipple then started sucking

Katsuki pursed his lips as he stared at izuku, izuku giggled then handed kenji over to katsuki, katsuki held both of them, chiyo on his left arm and kenji on his right arm, kenji latched onto katsukis other nipple then started to suck, kenji had blonde and green hair, the blonde was strikes all around

Chiyo opened her eyes and they were red and..blue?

Katsuki noticed then looked at izuku,"Deku, she has a blue eye...",katsuki mumbled, izuku looked and furrowed his eyebrows from confusion,"We don't have blue eyes..my mom doesn't and your parents don't",izuku mumbled

Katsuki frowned then sighed looking over at kenji who's eyes were red,"Hmm..",katsuki hummed

Izuku sat at the ledge of the hospital bed watching kenji and chiyo with a smile,"That's cute..chiyo looks just like you",izuku let out a breathy laugh

"She does..",katsuki noticed then smiled, kenji soon fell asleep and started to drool all over katsuki, chiyo unlatched from katsukis nipple then started to suck on her fingers

"Ah..?",katsuki raised his eyebrow confused, chiyo giggled at katsukis face expression,"Hmph..",katsuki huffed

Izuku chuckled then ruffled katsukis hair pecking his forehead,"Mmm dekuuu..",katsuki groaned,"Whattt I'm just showing my baby attention",izuku whined

Katsuki pouted his lips then furrowed his eyebrows annoyed,"Fineee, I won't give you attention then!",izuku crossed his arms

Katsuki rolled his eyes then cuddled with chiyo and kenji closing his eyes,"Kacchan I have to put them to bed",izuku pursed his lips

"Ughhh..",katsuki groaned before opening his eyes as izuku took chiyo and kenji setting them in their separate beds, katsuki closed his eyes again,"What're you doing?",izuku asked

"Going back to sleep",katsuki said with a bored tone,"Oh..alright, you need rest anyway",izuku said

"Yeah yeah..",was the last thing katsuki said before falling back to sleep
