A small boy with raven hair scrouched down on the floor. His light grey eyes looking curiously at his left pinky that was tied with a red-string. But this string hangs on his pinky, the rest of it that falls on the floor was invisible.
He couldn't see the rest of it, but he knows its there.

He tried to untie it, but it wouldn't,
He tried to cut it, but it wouldn't.
So, then he tried to pull it. He pulled the string and rolled it. He pulled and pulled but it was endless.

Then eventually, he got tired. He left the string alone. For days, then weeks. Then months, then years passed.

The boy had grown up to be a man - a man that had faced many challenges of life. A man who saw the true world. A man who wore a suit and was respected by others. He could solve any problem that faced him. Whatever the difficulty is. He's a bit of a clean freak, though. But the people around him didn't mind.

His life was enough. But something in him felt that it was lacking just one more thing.

He sat on his chair, thinking. His eyes came across to the red string that was tied on his pinky.

Curious, he then began to follow the string. He followed it to where ever it leads him. He encountered not few tangles on it. But he straigtened it out, then began to follow it again.

It's been quite some time since he started to follow it. He didn't even count the days. Maybe it had even been weeks, or months, or even years. Or maybe not. He doesn't know.

As his head was bent down while following the red thread. He came to a stop as he bumped onto something.

He looked up to see a taller guy, than him, with a brown messy hair and a slighter tan skin. The guy was dressed in a simple brown shirt and a pair of jeans and neon sneakers. But the most stand out of all of his features was his beutiful golden brown eyes.

He found those eyes were stunning beyond words.

The bright eyed male was stuttering an apology for bumping him. He apologized that he didn't see where he was going. His face was apolagetic and guilty.

Levi couldn't help but smile at him. He said to the boy that it was okay and it was the same for him. He also didn't see where he was going, too.

It was abit akward at first, but Levi was the one who decided to take the boy out for a cup of coffee. The boy with a bashfull face agreed on it.

He learned that the boy's name was Eren. And he is not actually a boy, but a working adult like Levi. He's a freelance designer and he loves to travel. Levi learned alot about the boy. And each time he learned something new about him, He couldn't help fall in love again and again for him.

His love was returned by the bright eyed boy and they spent years of time together.

The red string was long forgotten by Levi, since he first met his bright eyed boy. As he felt that everything in him was complete.

And as time passed by, at some point he noticed that the red thread on his pinky wasn't as long at it used too. He followed where it leads with his eyes, and it suddenly ended to another person's pinky.

He was a bit shocked at it. He moves his eyes to see who it was in the end of it. And for some reason he smiled to whom it was.

His one and only bright eyed boy.

Then his eyes lingered at the red thread tied to the boy's right pinky.

Deciding to follow the red line wasn't such a bad idea at all , He thought. It was one of the decision he regret the least, no regrets at all if he must say.

Then he walked towards the brown haired male, and suprised him with a chaste kiss on the lips. Warping his arms at his lover's waist, whispering the three words and getting the same back to him. And he knows, everytime he receives those words, he also receives a part of his lover's heart and same goes for him.

The red string of fate is an invisible red thread that connects those who are destined to meet, regardless of time, place, or circumstances. The thread may stretch or tangle, but it will never break.
