I don't overthink like I used to,
It's actually quite the opposite.
People always ask me how i stopped overthinking.
The truth is,
I never did.
Instead, I filled my head with every imaginable activity to keep me away from thinking at all.

Everything I could get my hands on was everything I tried.
But it's not enough.
It will never be enough.
