*3rd POV*

Biosyn Sanctuary

Alan and Ellie glance out the helicopter's windows in awe at the sight of the forest down below them, thought they both turn werry at the mention of the giganotosaurus living down there.

"Uh, you don't let people in there. Right?" Ellie asks as she points out the window.

"Uh, no." Ramsay shakes his head, "Our-our research," He chuckles, "our research outposts are connected completely underground. If we have to, we could just herd the animals remotely using a neuro implant that sends electrical signals directly to the brain." He explains and points to his own head.

"Like shocks?" Alan asks.

"Uh no, li-like signals." Ramsay says.

"Doesn't that strike you as a little bit, uh..." Alan trails off.

"Cruel?" Ellie asks.

"Cruel." Alan nods.

"Do you know how much voltage was in the electric fences at Jurassic Park?" Ramsey asks.

Alan nods, thinking back to that time when y/n was shocked by those very fences and her though he lost her. "Yeah."

The rest of the trip is relatively silent and before they know it they've arrived at the research facility. Please join Doctor Ian Malcom at noon in the lecture hall for "The Ethics of Genetic Power." A voice speaks over the intercom as the trio walk through the center of the facility.

"God everyone's so young." Alan says as he looks around at the many people.

"Oh, well it is part of our ethos to attract the best and the brightest." Ramsay explains.

As the three continue walking, Dodgson approaches them. "Doctors. Respected. Renowned." He looks between the two, "Doctor Sattler, doctor Grant. I'm-wow this is big. I'm-I'm Lewis." He introduces himself as he reaches out to shake Ellie's hand.

Ellie is surprised as she shakes his hand, "Dodgson. Yeah."

"Hi." Dodgson turns and shakes Alan's hand.

"You're Lewis Dodgson?" Alan asks; he is also in a state of shock as the man shakes his hand.

"I am. How do you do?" Dodgson responds.

"We didn't expect to actually see you here." Ellie explains.

Dodgson smiles toward Ellie, "Oh, well, I wouldn't be anywhere else. Would you?" He points to Ramsay. Ramsay shakes his head with a chuckle. Dodgson gestures around to the people. "I mean the people you see here are changing the world." Dodgson glances to the side noticing the photographers, "Would you mind if we, um..." He points to the cameras.

Alan and Ellie glance at the cameras. Alan seems against the idea as he moves away from Dodgson.

"It would mean a lot." Dodgson says.

Ellie glances at Alan as he moves around to her other side, separating himself from Dodgson. The three get into a line as the camera shudders click rapidly. After a second Dodgson waves away the photographer.

"Th-that's good. That's good. Thanks." He says as the photographer gets up and leaves. Once they're out of the way, Dodgson begins leading them along the path. "So you are going to see some remarkable things today. We are unlocking the true power of the genome. We're this close," He pinches his fingers together, "believe me."

"You'll make a fortune with that." Ellie points out.

Dodgson glances at her, "No, it's not about money." The group pause for a moment before continuing forward, "No, we've already identified dozens of application for paleo DNA. We're talking about cancer, Alzheimer's, autoimmune. We will be saving lives, but..." They stop walking.
