Guilt,
It won't go away,
It swallows you up,
You can't keep it at bay,
You can hide,
You can cry,
Guilt will follow you,
Guilt does not lie,
Guilt will stop at nothing,
Only the strongest will survive,
The weak ones just can't take it,
Their only hope to die,
Guilt keeps pushing,
Harder and harder,
It will not stop,
Its intention to murder,
Guilt sees all,
Feels every boy's hurt,
Guilt knows all,
Every girl's secret,
It loves to blackmail,
Every person it tortures,
It thrives on hurt,
Pain it nurtures,
It can drive out the truth,
Or send a person mad,
Sometimes it is good,
Sometimes it is bad,
Guilt is not your friend,
It has many tricks,
You can never be certain,
How it gets its kicks.
