Silence (Water Poem)

Silent tears roll down my face,

The hidden fears I can't embrace,

Still waters run oh so deep,

But churning thoughts rule my sleep,

My mind an empty, vast blue sea,

Its turbulent waves are drowning me,

The shower's spray pulsates against my skin,

Its surging power wills me: "swim."
