Aila was back at her family's pod, thinking to herself when something came in loud and shook her out of her thoughts.

"Aila! I've been looking everywhere for you." It was Aonung, the one person Aila didn't want to speak to. She turned her head away at the voice booming through the pod. "Aila?" Aonung came and sat down beside her.

Aila couldn't face her brother after what had happened.

Aonung placed his hand on her forearm, "What's wrong, Sister?"

"How dare he ask that when he knows exactly what is wrong and he is the cause of it." Aila thought to herself still avoiding eye contact with her brother. She pulled her arm out of her brothers grasp and stood up, walking out of the pod. But just as she was about to leave, she felt a hand on her wrist that spun her around, "Aila what is it?" Aonung said looking straight at her.

All Aila could do was stare at Aonung with tears in her eyes. He noticed she was about to cry and pulled her in for a hug, but she pushed him away. Aonung looked at her with a confused look, but Aila couldn't be around him anymore, so she walked off not looking back at her brother once.

"Sister!" Aonung screamed after Aila but lost her as he stepped out of the pod.

The only place Aila wanted to be was by Lo'ak's side. So, she went and walked to the Sully's pod. She arrived in the doorway, tears still in her eyes. The first person she noticed was her sister, Tsireya. She came up and greeted Aila. Neytiri who was still by Lo'aks side greeted her to and waved her over just like last time.

"How is he?" Aila questioned as she sat down beside Neytiri and Tsireya. "A little better." Neytiri said as she put an arm around Aila. Tsireya could sense something was wrong with Aila other than Lo'ak being unconscious. So, she grabbed Aila's wrist and pulled her out to the deck of the pod. "Aila what is wrong?" Aila did not expect her sister to be asking that whenever she knew, it was Lo'ak. So, Aila looked at her with a confused look.

"Other than Lo'ak, I know something is wrong other than him." Tsireya said maintaining eye contact with Aila. "It's Aonung." Aila sighed out. Tsireya gripped Aila's wrist harder and asked what he did this time. "He asked me what's wrong whenever he know exactly what is and he's acting like he didn't do anything when he knows he's the whole reason Lo'ak is unconscious right now." Aila gritted between her teeth.

All Tsireya could do was look sympathetically at Aila and try and comfort her, "You know our brother doesn't always own up to what he's done." Tsireya rubbed Aila's arm. Aila nodded in agreement but still couldn't believe he would do something like this.

They walked back into the Sully's pod and sat down beside Lo'ak. Tuk came over to Aila and sat in her lap. "Hi Aila, I'm glad you're here. Lo'ak seems to care about you alot. He's always talking about you!" Tuk smiled. Aila placed her arms around Tuk, "Oh does he?" Aila smiled back at Tuk as she shook her head up and down.

AIla and Tsireya stayed by Lo'ak's side for a good while before Tsireya reminded her that they needed to go out hunting. Aila sighed and reluctantly followed her sister but before she left the pod, she turned to Neteyam, "come get me out in the reef if he wakes up, please." Neteyam nodded at her.

They left and went to get on their ilus to go out to the reef. As the left the shore Aonung and Rotxo followed close behind. Aonung was still pestering Aila the whole ride out there trying to get what was wrong out of her, but she wasn't budging.

Aila was out in the middle of the reef with Tsireya away from Aonung and Rotxo when she heard a familiar voice call out to her, "Aila come back-" he was cut off and Aila couldn't hear the rest but she knew it was Neteyam so she got on her ilu and rode over to where he was. "Neteyam, what is it?" Neteyam took a deep breath, "Lo'ak he is awake!"

Aila gasped as she told her sister where she was going and followed Neteyam. As they got to the shoreline Aila immediately broke the bond between her and her Ilu and ran as fast as she could to the Sully's pod, leaving Neteyam behind.

She skidded in the doorway gasping for air but as she looked at Lo'ak sitting up everything went away. Lo'ak turned to Aila, and his face immediately lit up. He then turned to his mom and whispered something to her. Neytiri got up and waved her kids out of the pod leaving Lo'ak and Aila alone.

Aila walked up to Lo'ak and sat down beside him. "How are you feeling?" Aila said with teary eyes. "I'm ok it still hurts tho."

"Lo'ak what happened out there, did Aonung do something?" Aila said sternly. Lo'ak sighed, "all I remember is hitting my head on something and Neteyam finding me, I don't know how long I was underwater for."

"Did my brother do anything to you?" Aila said sharply. Lo'ak just shrugged, he couldn't remember what happened. Aila sighed and changed her tone, "But you're ok now, right?" Lo'ak shook his head. "How bad is it?" Aila said as she placed her hand on the large bandage across his chest. "I don't know, I haven't actually seen it." Lo'ak said looking down at his chest. "Well, it looks like it needs changed, so do you mind if I do it?" Aila said now looking up at Lo'ak.

He shook his head and turned his body to face her. Aila got up and got the bandages and everything else that she needed.

She sat back down beside him as she started to unwrap the bandage. "Tell me if I hurt, ok" Aila said. Lo'ak nodded still looking down at her.

Aila gasped as she saw how extensive the cut was, "Lo'ak, this couldn't have just come from passing out." Lo'ak sighed and looked down at the cut on his chest. "I don't know how this happened. I wish I could remember."

Aila rubbed a hot towel over his cut. "Is this, ok?" Aila said now looking up to make sure he's not to uncomfortable. Lo'ak hummed.

She finished wiping it down and wrapped him in a new bandage, "All done." She said with a smile. "Thank you, Aila." Lo'ak said as he cupped her cheek. Aila slightly jumped at his touch but leaned into it as she looked up at him worriedly, "I was so worried about you, I'm so glad you're ok." They both slightly blushed as they smiled at each other.

Aila laid down on her back and Lo'ak followed, laying his head into her neck. As he laid next to her, he inhaled her comforting scent. Aila placed her hand on Lo'ak's head and played with his braids. She planted a kiss on his temple as he slowly fell asleep in her embrace. After she knew Lo'ak was asleep she went to sleep herself, thankful that he was ok.
