Information:

Imagine if Hannibal had a sister. A younger sister. But only by 5 years. Well that's what this story is about.
(Yes I know he had a sister but for this she doesn't exist)

Hannibal is protective of you and always has been. He would do anything to protect you. You know that. But sometimes he can be a little overboard with it.

Hannibal and his little sister Y/N walked into the FBI building together. Usually Hannibal wouldn't bring his sister to work but due to a crazy ex husband he rather be safe then sorry. Y/N wasn't bothered by it one bit. Since she helps out Hannibal with catching his food she's seen a few bodies so this won't faze her.

"Has he tried to call you?" Hannibal asked suddenly.

She shook her head "no he hasn't"

Hannibal stopped walking and grabbed her hands gently "Y/N you know I can tell when you lie right? I've always been able too even when we were kids"

Y/N frowned lowering her head down "I'm sorry.."

He sighed deeply "when? Y/N I need to know these things..I don't want him to speak to you. Or even breath the same air as you. When did he call?" His tone changed to a very serious one.

"Last night..you were sleeping and I didn't want to bother you. I'm sorry Hannibal.." Y/N started to tear up.

She never hid stuff from Hannibal. Hannibal is her best friend not just her brother. She's always told him everything but now that he's helping her with her ex husband she feels like a bother. Of course Hannibal didn't think that. He wanted to help his sister. He should just kill the guy but Y/N said no and he is respecting that.

"Do not cry..not over him. He isn't worth it" he gently hugged her "please do not think you are a bother. You are my sister. My family. I want to help you deal with him"

She sniffled and nodded pulling away "ok..ok I understand. Thank you Han"

He chuckled softly "I have told you many times to not call me that but you do it anyway"

"Oh you love it stop it" you hit his arm giggling.

You both walked into the lab of the FBI. At first no one noticed you and honestly you were fine with that. Dead bodies didn't bother you it's new people who do though. As much as you were excited to see what Hannibal did here you weren't excited about the people.

"Hey Dr.Lecter" Brian gave a small wave to Hannibal then his eyes fell on you "oh wow.." he trailed off.

Hannibal slightly clenched his jaw "Y/N this is Brian Zeller he's a crime scene investigator, Mr.Zeller this is my sister Y/N"

You slightly nodded your head at him with a shy smile on your face "hello..nice to meet you"

Brian smiled "pleasures all mine. No need to be so shy..I don't bite" he winks at you.

You blushed slightly. You won't lie he's pretty cute. But before you could think about him more another guy showed up.

"Hello Dr.Lecter! Whos your friend?" He asked walking over to you guys.

"Hello Mr.Price. This is my sister Y/N, Y/N this is Jimmy Price he's also a crime scene investigator" Hannibal said to you.

You nodded and waved slightly "hi..it's nice to meet you" you smiled shyly.

"She's really shy so don't be so overwhelming for her dude" Brian whispered to him.

"I'm not..I was just saying hi thank you very much" Jimmy glared.

Hannibal slightly glared at the two men. He could tell that both of them took a liking to you already. While Brian made it obvious Jimmy wasn't as obvious with it. But even so Hannibal could tell by the way he looked at you. With everything happening with your ex husband he doesn't trust anyone.

"You guys are probably both overwhelming her to be honest" Beverly spoke up.

"I agree" Hannibal quickly said.

Before either Brian or Jimmy could speak up the doors opened and walked in Jack and Will. You knew who Will was. Hannibal has told you about him before. You've been dying to meet him honestly. He just sounds so interesting.

"I wish you would have told me beforehand that you were bringing your sister Dr.Lecter but as long as she isn't in the way I don't care" Jack put his hand out to you "Jack Crawford nice to meet you"

You shook his hand and smiled shyly yet again "Y/N Lecter nice to meet you too sir"

"I'm sorry Jack it was a last minute decision. I can tell you the details later" Hannibal said.

"There's no need. I'm sure you have a good reason"

Will looked at you taking in all of you. He was almost analyzing you. He knew Hannibal had a sister he saw the pictures on the desk. But even so he still couldn't believe his sister was opposite compared to him. You were shy and Hannibal was not. And you both looked alike so that made it more weird for Will.

"Will you have been staring at Y/N for awhile now. As her brother I'm starting to get concerned" Hannibal took a small step in front of Y/N.

Will snapped out of his thoughts and blushes slightly embarrassed "I'm sorry..I just find it weird how different the two of you are" he looked at you again "I'm Will Graham..sorry for staring"

"It's ok..it's nice to meet you Mr.Graham" Y/N smiled a bit bigger for him.

Hannibal took notice to the body language of both of you. As much as he liked Will he still didn't want any guy to get close to you after what happened. Even if he knew Will wouldn't ever hurt you he still didn't like it.

"Gentlemen please try and keep to yourselves. My sister has been through a lot as of lately and I would appreciate if you all didn't try anything" Hannibal slightly glared at the three men.

Y/N blushed embarrassed by his comment and smacked his arm "Hannibal!"

He simply smiled and patted her head "yes my dear sister?" He knew that he embarrassed her but it was worth it.

She glared at him "You didn't have to say it out loud! That's embarrassing you jackass!"

He chuckled softly and flicked her forehead "it is my job as your brother to protect you. So I will do as I please"

She crossed her arms "and it's my job as your younger sister to annoy you so now I will..Han"

Y/N smirked and messed up his hair and poked at his waist. He hated when she messed with his hair. And the poking was making it more annoying.

"Y/N stop. This isn't the time for that" he said slightly annoyed as he fixed his hair.

"You fucking started it you dumbass! This is what you get!"

As the two of you went back and forth with annoying each other, Will and the others just watched. Mostly in surprise because they've never seen Hannibal act so childish before.

"I guess even Hannibal can be childish..it's so weird" Brian stared in disbelief.

"I guess this proves that siblings will be siblings" Jimmy said.
