"Woah!" Ace was taken aback as he stumbled back, narrowly avoiding yet another blast of blue flames. He quickly regained his footing and pulled out a pen from his pocket, which was similar to the one that the red-haired student had used at the entrance ceremony. It became evident to [Name] that this pen was the object used to direct magic in this world.

"I wasn't planning on getting into a fight on the first day of school, but I can't back down now," Ace declared.

Grim growled and unleashed another wave of fire from his mouth, but Ace was quick to dodge it. With a flick of his pen, he conjured a whirlwind that redirected the flames back at Grim. He had a look of arrogance on his face as he assumed that Grim was limited to using just one type of magic. [Name] effortlessly evaporated the flames, but neither Ace nor Grim seemed to pay much attention.

"No one makes fun of the Great Grim or his partner [Name], got it! I'm gonna make that stupid head of yours burned to a crisp!"

"Who are you calling stupid?! You wanna fight with me? A fight you will get! I'll admit, you sure got some guts." Ace glares at the cat.

"No fair! You used the winds to send it right back!"

"I really hate this," they mutter as they noticed a crowd begins to form around them like a bunch of gossiping girls.

"What is going on?"

"Look a fight!"

"Isn't that the person from the ceremony?"

The commotion caused by the fight between Ace and Grim attracted more and more people, and the gathering crowd grew bigger by the minute. Some of the onlookers even started making bets on who would come out victorious, with Ace being the clear favorite. [Name] watched the fight with great interest, prepared to step in if necessary. They were impressed by the sheer strength of Ace's wind, as they felt its powerful gusts collide with their body. They wondered if Ace had any other tricks up his sleeve.

"You really are so weak!" Ace taunted as he used his wind to extinguish another burst of flames from Grim. Grim wasn't going to let Ace get away with it and the two continued their battle. In the end, [Name] decided to put an end to the fight. They raised their right hand, capturing the attention of the crowd, and a red mist appeared, enveloping both Ace and Grim in a suspenseful moment. With a flick of their other hand, [Name] extinguished any leftover flames and restored everything back to its original state.

"Stop. Let's put an end to this," [Name] said firmly as they approached the two students who were suspended in mid-air. Grim hung his head in shame, avoiding eye contact with [Name]. Meanwhile, the student with orange hair gazed at [Name] in amazement, having never seen such a unique shade of magic before.

"I'm sorry [Name]," Grim muttered, ashamed.

"Honestly, if you two kept this up, one of you would have ended up causing damage to the statues or even hurting each other. I can only imagine Crowley's reaction if he found out," [Name] sighed, expressing their frustration.

Just as they finished their sentence, Crowley appeared out of nowhere, an angry aura emanating from him. The gathering crowd quickly scattered at the sight of the headmaster, not wanting to face his wrath. Grim and Ace's bodies jolted in surprise, while [Name] remained unfazed.

"Speak of the devil," [Name] said with a frown, knowing that the two students were likely in for a scolding from the headmaster.

"Oh no..." Grim glances away, avoiding Crowley's gaze.

"Oh no, it's the head mage!" The orange-haired male exclaimed with worry laced in his tone, struggling to escape the red mist. Hoping to escape like the other students. He is really regretting picking a fight on the first day of school.
