The group arrived at a well-equipped laboratory designated for their Potionology class, certainly the realm of Master Crewel. [Name] opted for a seat adjacent to Grim, with Deuce and Ace occupying the other side of the table, forming a close-knit quartet. It sort of reminds them of a high school science class.

As the resounding chime of the bell reverberated throughout the room, a hushed anticipation swept over the students. Their attention was soon claimed by the enigmatic figure at the helm of their class – Divus Crewel. His aura was a peculiar blend of charisma and authority, a presence that left an indelible impression.

"Good morning, puppies," he greeted, his voice carrying the weight of command. "I am Divus Crewel. Those of you under my watch may have already had the pleasure of crossing paths with me in homeroom. For those who are new, kindly acquaint yourselves with the address 'Master Crewel.' Nothing more, nothing less." His words, crisp and clear, found their place on the chalkboard as he meticulously etched his name.

"Today, my dear puppies, we embark on the journey of mastering the fundamentals," Master Crewel declared, his riding crop striking his open palm with a melodious jingle from the attached charm. "This knowledge shall be etched into the recesses of your minds, for there shall be a quiz to put your knowledge to the test once we go through the entirety of our curriculum."

The sheer magnitude of his proclamation left [Name] in a momentary daze. A hundred herbs and poisons? Even if they aren't Tony Stark's level of genius to remember all that, that doesn't mean they won't try their best. Whispers of worry and trepidation fluttered through the class like a gentle breeze.

"Now, let us begin," Master Crewel continued, unruffled by the collective astonishment. "I shall regale you with the names and distinctive attributes of one hundred herbs and poisons."

A bead of doubt crept into [Name]'s mind. Could they truly grasp such an extensive compendium? As Master Crewel delved deeper into his lecture, he further admonished his students to pay attention and to study.

"The mycelia, my dear puppies," he intoned, "present an altogether different challenge. In due course, it is my fervent hope that you shall stride through the world with confidence, wary not to ingest any poisonous substance into your gaping maws."

[Name] couldn't help but mutter a low comment under their breath, a hint of skepticism coloring their words. "Let's hope he doesn't perceive us as that stupid." Grim, on the other hand, let out a leisurely yawn, a feline embodiment of indifference. "Well, most of us, at least," [Name] added with a faint smile, directing their gaze at the nonchalant cat.

"For the time being, I am well aware that your restraint mirrors that of voracious hounds," Master Crewel observed, his voice taking on an authoritative cadence. "But rest assured, not a single student shall falter in this class. Expect to be drilled accordingly."

Deuce, ever the diligent student, voiced his reservations with a hushed murmur while retrieving his textbook, his brow furrowed in contemplation. "I'm not entirely certain about this..."

Ace, leaning against the desk, exhaled a weary sigh, his arms folded across the wooden surface. "So, does anyone in here have the faintest inkling about what a mycella is? I mean, memorizing stuff isn't exactly my strong suit."

"I would venture to guess as much," [Name] replied in an undertone, only to receive a light smack on the arm from Ace, who had clearly overheard their remark. In response, [Name] offered a nonchalant shrug, the subtle smirk playing on their lips suggesting they weren't too concerned.

"I don't really care for the nasty ones; I prefer the tasty plants," Grim grumbled, clearly showing his displeasure.

"Try to refrain from nibbling on random things you find on the ground, Grim. I'd rather not discover if you're immune to poisons or not," [Name] sighed, glancing at the feline. Deuce chuckled softly at this, while Ace wore a mischievous grin. [Name] then turned their attention to Ace. "I'm not a memorization expert either, but I have some techniques. Creating a system makes it easier. Also, a mycelium is a type of fungus, or you can think of it as the structure of a fungus."
