A Homey Day

I was awoken by someone lifting me of the sofa and carrying me somewhere, I kept my eyes closed as I knew it was Joe.

"Awe, you too would make a really cute couple you know!" I heard Zoe say.

"Maybe, but I'm not sure she likes me back."

And with that Joe placed me down on my bed then tucked me in. Just as the door closed I heard the start of another conversation.

"Joe, you really like her don't you?"

"Yeah, but she doesn't feel the same does she."

"You don't know that."

"What do you mean?

"Oh, nothing."

Omg Joe likes me, I feel the same. I need to talk to Zoe about it, no p she can't find out. Urgh, what do I do.

Joe's PoV

I lifted Eva up from the sofa and carried her upstairs. I gently placed her light body onto her bed and tucked her in, she looked beautiful with her natural hair and no makeup. The party was amazing everyone danced and sang all night long. I was so glad she enjoyed it, I'm proud of Eva, I really am.

I walked up stairs to go to bed and I checked on Eva, she was lied there barely moving, I stood there for about 5 minutes just looking at her before I decided to leave, but her voice stopped me in my path.

"Joe?" How did she know it was me? Why wasn't she asleep?

"Yeah E."

"I can't sleep, will you stay with me until I do?"

"Sure."

I walked over to her bed and sat next to her until she fell asleep. Once she did a quietly left and whispered to her

"I love you E." What? She was asleep.

--Next Morning--

Eva's PoV

I couldn't get out of my head what Joe said last night while I was 'asleep'. He said he liked me to Zoe, he told me he loves me. It must of been in a friend way surely.

I went downstairs and Joe and Zoe were already dressed, well Joe only part dressed, he didn't have a top on, but I didn't mind

"Hey Eva!" Zoe said as I entered the living room.

"Hey" I said back as Joe shot me a smirk.

"What are your plans for today, I have meetings all day and Joe has a few."

"I think I'll just say here, maybe I'll have a movie day"

"Sounds like fun, I think I'll join you after my meeting!" Joe said.

"Great!"

And with that Joe and Zoe both went upstairs to get ready. As I was sat eating my breakfast I started overthinking but all my thoughts were stupid, they were like:

why does Joe want to spend time with you.

He already likes you, but it'll ruin your friendship.

Things like that, I know I wanted me and Joe to remain friends, but I liked him too, only he didn't know that. Once my mind settle down I went upstairs to get ready, even thought I wasn't going anywhere today, I still wanted to make an effort to look good. As I was about to put on some foundation Joe came up behind me and took to brush off me.

"You don't need that, I'll have it thank you!"

"JOE! Give it back!"

"NEVER!" he shouted and began to tickle me.

"J-joe, s-stop!" I said and began to tickle him back and I pushed him onto my bed and ran out my room. I could hear him right behind me catching me up.

"I got ya!" He shouted, pushing me down on his bed.

"hehe!" I said in a childish voice. He smirked.

"E, on a serious note." His face dropped.

"What Joe?"

"I've been wanting to tell you this for a while, but I have a girlfriend." My stomach flipped upside down, I felt sick.

"Since when? What is she called? Do I know her?"

"Since last year, she called Rachel and no, you don't know her!"

"Joe, why didn't you tell me?"

"I didn't think I needed too, I never thought it would bother you."

And with that I left his room and went to mine, I curled up in a ball and went to sleep.

I heard someone come inside so I went downstairs to see who it was, it was Joe. I went and sat on the sofa when Joe entered the room.

"I'm sorry." he said.

"It's fine because you brought pizza." he smirked.

"Well I had to make it up to you somehow, I couldn't just leave it."

"I really don't care because I am hungry and I want pizza!"

"Okay. here you go!" he said passing me the pizza box.

We ate the pizza and watched some TV before I spoke again.

"Does Zoe know?"

"Yes, but she doesn't agree with my being her boyfriend."

"Oh really, why?"

"Because she thinks me and you would make a much better couple." he smiled weakly.

"Oh."

And it wasn't till then that I realised I was madly in love with Joe Sugg.
