Daphne's pov
After a few of my classes I finally had lunch break. While walking up to my locker I saw my sister waiting at her locker that was beside me with a boy. "We could go to the juice bar after school" the guy suggested to Bella. "Sure" Bella said. "Are you guy's going to fuck or can we go eat lunch" I said. "Daph shut it" Bella said while blushing while the guy laughed. He was tall and had curly blond hair and straight teeth. "I'm Will nice to meet you" the guy said. "I'm Daphne, Bella's sister" "how old are you?" Will asked. "I'm fourteen" " are you serious, you look older" will said. "thanks I guess, now can we go eat I'm hungry" I said.

We walked into the cafeteria to get lunch when suddenly someone crashed into us spilling water on both me and my sister. In panic I was able to dry us of with my powers before we could grow a tail. What we didn't know was that three girls who was mermaids happened to see my powers. In hurry the person who crashed into us started apologizing while we got food. Bella was able to convince the person that it was fine while I tried to finde a place to sit. There was a empty table right beside the three mermaids and their friends. While walking to our table I got eye contact with a gorgeous boy with brown short hair. He had muscles and a toned body that had me believing that he works out at the gym. He had deep brown eyes that you could get lost in for hours and lips that makes me wanna kiss them. I broke eye contact when my sister nudged me. "Did you hear what I said?" Bella asked. "No sorry" I said while sitting down at the table.

Zane's pov
All I could think about was that girl that was sat a few meters from me. Her long blond hair, her shiny blue eyes that is as deep as the ocean, her smile that could light up any room and her pink full lips, that looks so soft that I dream of kissing them. I watch as she laughs with a blond girl and a guy that I think is named Willy or Will, can't really remember. Jealousy filled me up when I noticed all the boys that was watching my girl the same way as I did. I snapped out of my thoughts by Nate who was trying to flirt with Rikki but was failing really bad. I didn't really listen to what was said until they started talking about her. "Did you see how they acted when that guy got water on them" Cleo said. "Yeah and did you see how Daphne made heat to evaporate the water just like Rikki can do" Emma said agreeing. Daphne, so that's her name. I was so focused in Daphne that it took time before I realized what they were implying. "Are you implying that Daphne is a mermaid and perhaps the other girl too" I asked in shock. "We think so but we are not sure yet, we could be wrong" Emma said unsure.
