Dark Treaties

As the Final Exams begin, Izuku finds himself facing off against former Vice Admiral Garp. The battle had been difficult and almost impossible  for Izuku, but with the assistance of Shoko and Momo, they were able to defeat him. During this, Aizawa points out a dangerous alliance that is occurring between both Doflamingo and the League as well as Blackbeard and the Yakuza to make things far more difficult.

3rd person POV:

At a bar unknown to most of Japan, Shigaraki sat at a bar with Doflamingo sitting in a seat beside him. "So master wants to bring you in. Just who the heck do you think you are walking into my League and thinking you can do what you want?"

"Come now, Shigaraki. The Heavenly Demon is a valuable ally to both our League and the master. With the influx of Rampage, we're able to control the underground more."

"Hehehe. I'd listen to your bartender. The knowledge of producing Rampage was given to me by Caesar and Vergo. Thanks to us as well, your master doesn't have to waste your precious factories recreating it to produce it and just needs to give up space for my tools." Doflamingo was given a drink before continuing. "Besides, this'll give more flow into your group. When they find out you're partially responsible for the production and distribution, people wanting change will search for you. People that want the status quo to topple over and change in their favor. In short, you'll get the glory while helping make an opening to get my job done."

"And what might that be?" Doflamingo began laughing at this while answering.

"To kill Izuku Midoriya. Or better known as Portgas D. Izuku. Hahahaha!"

"Fair enough." A TV to the side reading 'Audio Only' spoke up for the three to pay attention. "For the attack that I have in mind, I have something made specifically for you to handle the son of the Fire Fist. Something that you can find rather comical personally Doflamingo."

"Oh, and what do you have in mind?" The screen began to show a room with all three villains somewhat surprised after seeing something specific to indicate what they were looking at. "Oh my, just what might the boy think when he sees this? Will he be willing to fight, or will he quiver in fear. The excitement is killing me form the inside! Tell me something, when will this happen? When can I see that pitiful and prideful face of his wallow in fear and agony!?"

"The attack shall happen upon a training camp that they will have. We have reason to believe there will be a possible change in the last minute as a way to avoid someone finding out. However, we have our methods of finding out. During this, we have a specific group of villains set to handle our own objectives. Meanwhile, I'll allow you to do as you please to isolate Portgas D. Izuku and handle your business."

"Lovely. However, I do have a request. Before I kill him, I want to have a little fun." Doflamingo began to have veins bulge out of his forehead. "That little brat and his family have been nothing but pains in my ass since Straw Hat entered the New World. From kidnapping Caesar and destroying my SAD factory on Punk Hazard, to dethroning me and destroying my Smile factory. Now I find out that the boy has been a part of both situations in his own was as well as now taking away two valuable pawns of mine. Adding to this, he was able to turn two members of my family against me. It's safe to say I want him to know the full extent of my irritation to him. I'll bind him, torture him, pull the bodies of the people he holds dear in front of him and sever them so their dying sight will be the boy to understand this is his fault this is happening before going to the afterlife. And then, only when he's mentally broken, will I slice his still beating heart out of his body and watch him die like that. HAHAHA! Maybe I'll even have Monet or Baby 5 do it before I end them! Poetic irony at it's finest, don't you agree...All For One?"
