[ENG] Morro's return [BOOK 1]

Chapter 9

Kai couldn't decide, but he had to choose. The fire master decided that it will be better if he took the staff, and when Kai would take it, he will send Morro back to the Cursed realm.

- So, what are going to do Kai? - Morro asked with evil grin.

All ninjas were watching, they were confused as their friend. Kai just sighedand stood infront of the safe.

- Excellent choice - said Morro, and then he laughed.

Red ninja sent a big flow of fire at safe. It was hard for him, his back was still aching and he was ill. Safe began to crack, but very slow. Morro couldn't wait anymore. Morro yelled:

- FASTER!

Kai gathered his last strength and increased the flow of fire. He barely was standing on his feet and tried and to fall down. A few seconds later, safe was open and Kai fell on the floor, almost unconscious.

- Kai no! - screamed the ninjas, they were shocked from the events and worried for their friend. Morro ran to the staff, letting go of Lloyd. The green ninja without thinking approached Kai:

-Kai! Are you alright? 

In response Lloyd only heard silence.

Lloyd shook Kai's shoulders:

- Kai, answer me.

- Lloyd... open the cage - mumbled the red ninja

- What about you?

- Nothing bad wil happen to me, go - Kai whispered the last part and a little smile formed on his face.

- Fine - Lloyd said and ran to his friends. 

Kai turned his head to Morro, he was adoring his new staff and smiling to himself. The ghost decided to take over Ninjago right now. But when he was heading to the exit, but Kai decided to trip him up)

- Ah! What the?!- Morro tripped and dropped his new weapon.

Kai quickly got up and took the staff. Even if it required a lot of energy.

- you PATHETIC BASTARD! - Morro yelled and headed straight to Kai.

But the rest of the ninjas came to his aid. A fight began, in which one master of fire didn't participate. He was just standing aside from the fight with the staff. Morro was trying to get to Kai, but he couldn't.

- Lloyd, catch! - yelled the red ninja and threw the staff to his friend.

The green ninja caught it.

- Open the portal to the departed realm! - Kai yelled

Lloyd did as Kai said. A portal formed in the air and all the ghost got sucked up inside of it, including Morro.

The last thing Morro said:

- I'll see you again, Kai!

After that, Morro disappeared. And the ninjas were all alone in the cave with the staff. Kai passed out and Cole caught him.

- Im happy that it finally came to an end and Lloyd is with us again) - whispered the red ninja

- We too -  Jay replied. And the ninjas went home. They desided to destroy the staff so no one could use it ever again for bad intentions.
