🔥Chapter 7 : Whispering🔥

The magical shield disappears once they flew far from King Nightmare's region. Dust sighed in relief as he pets the dragon's neck,

"We escaped them.. are you okay, Horror?"

The dragon nodded his head and Dust smiled.

They continued flying around for quite a while. Dust looks around, the view from up here is beautiful and amazing. He had never flew with a dragon before, it's quite fun.

After flying for a few while, the sun is setting. It's almost evening. Dust would sometimes looks around to find a cave for them to stay overnight.

"Oh. I see a cave." Dust pointed towards a cave down there as the dragon looked at it, "there." The dragon flew down towards the cave and landed in front of the cavern's entrance. Dust gets off his dragon and walked towards the cave and then stopped, he stares. The cavern is not that deep, and there are remnants of someone that used to stay in this cave as well. The dragon moved closer to him as he looked at his dragon.

"Should we stay here for a while? At least until we found a way to find the people who sided with the Order." Dust said.

The dragon looks at him, agreeing as he nod his head. He transforms into his skeleton form, "...Are you... okay with this?" Horror asked.

"With what?" Dust asked,

"Living in a cave. I'm.. a dragon so I'm used.. to live in caves. But you, who have been living in a house.. are you okay with it?" Horror said,

"Yeah, I used to live in the wilderness before the Dark Union King found me. So, I'll manage."

Dust turned around, "I'll go get some woods to make fire, you stay here."

"No, I'll.. go get it. You stay here." Horror said as he floats, not reverting to his dragon form, and flew away into the nearest forest. Dust watched until he's out of sight and then shrugged and walked inside the cavern.

Dust looks around the place for a few seconds before taking off his satchel and put it on the ground. He sat on the ground as he opened the bag, taking out a thin blanket, for him to sleep. Then he took out a transparent box of meat, good thing he packed this so he can cook meat once the fire is set for diner. He took out another cloth as he grabbed his sword and cleanse it with the cloth, his sword has King Nightmare's goop on it after slicing those tentacles.

After a few minutes, the sky has been decorated with the moon and stars, Horror came back with some woods on his hands. He landed on his feet and walked in the cave as he set up the woods and soon make fire with it. Dust watches as the fire lits up, the cavern's not so dark anymore.

"I have some meat.. and vegetables..Would you like to eat it after I cook it?" Dust said and Horror nodded at him.

"Okay." And Dust starting to cook, pouring water inside the pot. It was fortunate that there's already a cooking pot left by whoever lives in this cavern before.

"You're... good at cooking?" Horror asked, the edge of his tail moved up and down.

Dust hummed, cutting down the ingredients with one of his dagger, he had no other choice to use his dagger instead of a kitchen knife--hey, they're in a cavern--then after chopping the ingredients, he puts them inside the pot.
