Few days later
Lisa's POV
Baby Jasmine gets to come with us today. We've changed part of the bedroom to a nursery with little outfits and a crib bathed in pink. We're actually going to hospital now.
Shane checked us in the nursery part of the hospital. He came and sat by me.
"Are you excited?" I asked eagerly.
"Absolutely." He said intertwining his hand to mine. Just then, the nurse called her name.
"The parents of .... Jasmine Yaw?"
We got up and she looked pleased to see us.
"Welcome Mr. and Mrs. Yaw. You ready to take her home?"
"Of course." I said.
She led us to the room where parents can see the babies through a window. We stood here while she got Jasmine.
"She looks beautiful." Shane said staring at her with a smile.
"Yes she is." Jasmine started to cry when the nurse picked her up.
"Here she is guys." She handed her over to me softly. When she was cradled in my arms, she stopped crying.
"Thank you so much."
"No problem mam. Just doing my job."
After that, we left. She was peaceful during the ride home.
Why we named her Jasmine was because the first time we were all three together we looked at her and the scent of Jasmine came over the room.

Shane's POV
Later on Lisa and I snuggled up to each other while she held Jasmine in her arms. Jasmine kept looking at both of us and sucking on her pacifier. She had my eyes and Lisa's hair. I decided to talk to her.
"Hi Jasmine." She looked over to me. "I'm your dad. I love you very very much. Just like your mom."
