"Alexis are you positive you don't want a home? I could go with you to look." Tenderheart says as he is walking with Alexis around Care-A-Lot.
"I'm positive. Though I will miss having a home and a family." Alexis says as she looks down.
"Well would you consider staying here? With me and the other Care Bears?" Tenderheart asks as he smiles while blushing.
"Huh?" Alexis asks curiously.
"I like having you around. You're a great friend and I know you like being here. What do you say? Wanna stay in Care-A-Lot?" Tenderheart asks.
"Are you sure?" Alexis asks.
"Yeah." Tenderheart says as he smiles.
"I'd like that. But I do have a question. What did you mean by that wasn't what you meant? Back at the park I mean." Alexis says as Tenderheart blushes.
"Oh uh... Well..." Tenderheart says nervously.
"Oh come on now. Don't go all shy on me. What did you mean? You know I would never judge you." Alexis says.
"You're gonna look at me like I'm crazy." Tenderheart says shyly.
"No I won't. I promise." Alexis says reassuringly.
"Well it's because I like you. I care about you.. more than just as a friend." Tenderheart says while blushing.
"All that shyness to say that? Well looks like we finally found something that makes the proud Tenderheart unravel. But I like you too." Alexis says as she blushes.
"Really?" Tenderheart asks as Alexis nods.
"Yeah. I just wish I had said it before we got separated as kids." Alexis says.
"Me too." Tenderheart says.
"I'm really glad you're here Swift Heart. Now we never have to be apart." Alexis says as she smiles.
"And I hope that we never are. I love you." Tenderheart says.
"I love you too." Alexis says happily.
*Timeskip*
"Our friends from the Forest of Feelings have proven to everyone that there's always a way to show that you care. And so the purpose of this festive occasion is to let all bear witness to the inauguration of our friends into the Care Bear family." Tenderheart says as everyone is gathered at a table in Care-A-Lot.
"Swift Heart look." Alexis says as she sees Swift Heart has a belly badge along side the other Care Cousins.
"I have a belly badge. You got one too." Swift Heart says as Alexis sees a howling wolf head with a snow symbol by the mouth on her stomach.
"We are getting our own badges." Gentle Heart says happily.
"Welcome to the family Care Cousins." Tenderheart says happily.
