♡ "I'm Right Here" ♡

Summary: After being the fourth victim, you defeated Vecna. Everything is back to normal, but you have visions every night. Steve helps you to calm down.

*Nightmare*

You were back in the Upside Down, you panicked as you looked for help.

"Steve!!!!"

"He can't help you, Y/N", you heard a growling voice.

You ran for miles looking for a portal that leads you to your world.

You saw something from a distance, it looked like a person lying on the ground, near the vines.

You carefully stepped over the vines, as you came closer to the person. You put a hand over your mouth, as you stumbled back.

It was Steve.

You crouched down as you held his head on your lap, his eyes were closed and his skin was pale as the bluish-green veins were seen through his skin.

You shook him to wake him up, but he did not respond. He just laid there, lifeless.

"Steve, please. Please don't do this to me!", you cried out.

He opened his eyes, you looked at him, slightly relieved. But his eyes were white, and he had a growling voice, you stumbled back as he sat up, and walked towards you, creepily.

"Its all your fault, Y/N. I died because of you", You shook your head as tears rolled down your eyes.

"Don't cry, you can join me, Y/N", he said as the vines pulled you, banging you on the wall, he said as he collapsed on the floor. You were shocked.

You saw Vecna beside Steve's lifeless body as he used his powers and held him up to the wall, vines wrapping around him.

He sinked his claws into Steve's face.
"No!!!!!", you screamed.

"Y/N, Wake up!!!!"

You sat up gasping for air, you looked at Steve beside you, he had a concerned look on his face. You broke down in tears as he wraps you in his arms.

"What's wrong, Y/N?"

"H-He tried to take you away f-from me", you muffled in his chest, sobbing.

"Who?", he asked, rubbing his hand on your back, gently.

"V-Vecna", you hugged him tightly, "I don't want to lose you, Steve"

"You won't, Y/N. It was not real, it was just a nightmare. Its okay, I'm here", he whispered, stroking your hair.

"Come on, let's go to sleep. Get some rest", he said.

You lied on the bed, hugging Steve tightly, as he hugged you back, stroking your hair. You were still trembling in fear. Steve noticed this and he hugged you tightly.

"Don't be scared, Y/N, no one can take me away from you, okay?", he said as he kissed your forehead. You nodded, his warm embrace around you.

"I'm Right Here"
