I walked on the courts, heading for the pole where I was gonna put down my bag. But I was interrupted by Melissa.

" what are you doing on here ???? "

" um. sorry but I am struggling to see what business it is of yours !!!! "

Jake looked at me in an amazed / happy look and he smiled.

" god your a bitch "

" takes one to know one " I smirked and shoved past

Suddenly I felt a strong hand pull me back then slap me straight across my face.

" payback "

I shoved her back, tripped her over and held her to the floor.

" you know I was trying to look out for you." I screamed at her.

" how ?? "

" it is just an amount of time before he cheats and you get put in shit city with the rest of jakes ex"

" jake wouldn't do that to me "

I felt a pair of strong arms wrap around my waist and lift me off Melissa.

" LUKE GET OFF ME."

" Marley calm down you don't want to do something you are gonna regret"

I turned and looked at Melissa again. Luke's arms still firmly wrapped around me.

" I am just trying to save you from loads of agony and pain"

" that wont happen "

" how do you know ???? "

" because what me and jake have is real "

" what is that supposed to mean ? " my hand slowly gripped around Luke's. as if to say i am gonna do something but please try and stop me.

" it means that me and jake have real love and not some of that fake crap that you had "

That's it. I went I just lost it. Thank goodness Luke was there because if he wasn't then I would have killed the bitch. (Like she deserves)

I walked away. I stopped to look back at Luke his face was full of worry for me. We got taken into safety net for the rest of the day....
