'Hey, how are you? How is your family? Hope today went well!' I send to Chandler through a text after everyone left for the night, and I am sitting on the couch listening to music off my phone.

'Hey! I am good, so is the fam! Thanks! Yeah, 2day went well! Are you fully moved in and unpacked? Sorry again that I could not help!" he sends back.

'Yup, I am fully moved in and unpacked! I will have you over soon to hangout!' I reply with a small smile even though he cannot see this. 'Um, Lochlan was wondering if you are single, and if so, would you like to be set up with Warren's sister. She is our age, single, and her name is Wren. Please feel free to say no if you are not interested, or yes if you are.'

Chandler does not instantly reply, and the longer he takes to reply, the more anxious I become.

He replies a couple of minutes later; 'Your brother makes me laugh. Yes, I am single, but I am not currently interested in dating a woman. I am interested in one particular male at the moment. I hope the guy I would like to date, does not stop being my friend when I tell him I like him more than as my friend.'

Frowning at the last part of the text, so I decide to ask; 'Who are you interested in? Do I know him? If he has caught your attention, I hope you tell him one day how you feel about him.'

Expecting a text from Chandler, I am surprised when his facetime call comes through. Quickly answering the call with a confused expression.

"Hey, are you okay?" I ask, hoping he is not upset or hurt over something I have texted.

Chandler chews on his lower lip briefly as his eyes search my face for a second before answering; "Hey. Yeah, I am okay, just a little nervous. Um, okay, I am going out on a limb here, and I hope this does not bite me in the ass."

Before I can reply, he inhales deeply, and quickly says; "You are the one who I am romantically like, and want to date you. Will you please go on a date with me?"

My jaw drops open in shock before I slowly grin at him with an excited nod; "Yes! I would love to go on a date with you!"

I practically squeal in excitement, and Chandler broadly grins at me as he laughs in joy; "Awesome! You do not know how relieved I am now."

Grinning widely at him while giggling; "I know what you mean. I did not want you to date Warren's sister, even though she is very nice."

"Awe, were you a little jealous?" he coos with a wicked grin, causing me to pout at him.

"Yes, I was, but I was not gonna do anything to mess it up for you if you were interested in her," I mumble , my pout increasing.

"That is understandable, but no you do not have to do that," he replies with a smile. "So, when can we have our first date? The sooner the better is my vote."

"Um, how about tomorrow? I do not have to work, and I am caught up on my classwork," I answer almost instantly after doing a quick check in my mind to make sure I am right.

"Tomorrow definitely works for me," Chandler answers with a wink. "How about I pick you up from you place at 2 p.m.? That way I can see your place, too."

"Yes! All of that is fantastic! Man, I am so fucking excited for this!"I softly yell, dancing in my seat. "Man, I do not know if I am gonna be able to fall asleep tonight now."

"I think I am gonna have a hard time falling asleep, too," Chandler sadly replies in agreement. "Want to stay on the call until we fall asleep?"

"Yes! I am gonna head to bed, so come with me," I loudly giggle as I stand from the couch to walk across the room to my bed that is located in the corner.

Since I am already for bed, I am in my jammies, and my teeth and hair have been brushed, my face is washed, and my entire skin has been lotioned. Sitting on the edge of the bed, I take off the prosthetic and clothes after leaning my plugged in phone against the lamp of the nightstand, so I can still see Chandler.

"How does your leg feel after today?" Chandler asks as I finish up my task.

"A little sore, but nothing that I cannot handle," I smile as I move back further onto the head of the bed against the headboard, and grab the phone once I am settled.

"Lie down, get comfortable, and I am gonna sing a song to you," Chandler requests sweetly, and despite the giddiness, I manage to get comfortable once I have place the phone back against the lamp on its side.

Lying on my stomach, my head facing the phone while Chandler moves around his bedroom to grab his acoustic guitar from the stand in the corner before returning to his bed, and settling comfortably.

"Let's see, one of your favorite songs is 'Two of Us,' by Louis Tomlinson, right?" he asks with a damn grin, knowing he is right.

Blushing lightly at him with a shy smile and nod; "Yes. I am surprised you remembered this, so thank you for that."

Chandler slightly pouts at me as he is tuning his guitar; "You are welcome, love. Of course I am gonna remember this. Are you ready?"

When I nod, he begins to softly sing, and I close my eyes on a soft sigh. His voice is so soothing, and his voice sounds like the trumpet of the vocal orchestra. By the time he finishes the song, and starts 'You and I' by One Direction, I am falling fast asleep as I cannot keep my eyes open, or my brain focused on Chandler's voice and words.
