Next morning I got up and I went to the living room.

"Good morning Gavi" I said.

"Good morning, how are you feeling?" he asked me.

"I am good" I smiled.

"You're not" he said and hugged me.

"Thank you, I needed that" I said and I smiled at him. "Let's make a breakfast. Would you like pancakes?"

"Of course" he smiled. "Need any help?"

"No, just stay on the couch and watch something, I will do it" he came to me.

"I want to help" he said and I smiled.

I put my phone on the counter.

"What happened with your phone?" he asked.

"Well, one of my classmates took my phone and ran with it. He tripped and my phone fall on the ground."

"Why don't you just buy a new one?" he asked.

"It's not that easy. I am helping my dad. I don't have money to spend on my phone. But it's fine, it works" I said. "So any games coming?" I tried to change the subject.

"Yes, tomorrow I have one. You can come if you want" he said.

"I don't have money on that. I will just watch on Tv."

"You will be my guest. I will do it for you."

"You don't have to."

"I want to, Ferran's girlfriend will be there too so you can meet her."

"I already know Sira. She sometimes stopes at the restaurant to get a coffee."

"That's great."

We finished our pancakes and we went to the car. Gavi told me to stop at the shopping centre and wait for him. So I did. After a while he got back.

"Here" he handed me a bag.

"What's that?" I asked.

"Look inside."

"Noo! You didn't!" I saw an iPhone and phone case. "Why though?"

"You deserve it. Hey, it might be weird for you. I just wanted to make you happy. You deserve to have a new phone. You work hard to save money for you and dad."

"Thank you Gavi" I said and I hugged him.

We installed everything and now my new phone was working. After that I took him to his house.

"Is this your car?" I asked him.

"No, that Pedri's car. We live together."

"Cool, that's great."

"See you tomorrow and don't worry, me and Pedri will take you."

"Okay, thank you so much for everything."

I waved at him and I went to the work.

"Hi José" I said.

"Hi Ams, you look better now. Yesterday you were so tired."

"Yeah, it was just hard work the previous day and doing project to english because my teacher wanted it."

"Glad you relaxed at Friday, after work I will send you money on your account."

"Thank you. You always do that on time" I smiled and I went to work.

Sara came in. " Hey Ams, can you take a break? It will be super quick."

"Hi, yes" I said and I sat on the chair. "So what's going on?"

"I just wanted to ask you if you could take me to the school on Monday?"

"Yeah, sure."

"Thank you."

"Anything else?"

"Nope, just that. See ya on Monday."

"See you."

After a work I went to visit dad.

"Hey honey, are you okay?" he asked me.

"Hi dad, I am fine. Are you okay?"

"Yes, yes I am. I will be here for couple of days."

"I know dad. I know. You're so strong dad. I am sure you will get out of this."

"You're strong too honey. I don't know what I would do without you. I will be here for 5 more days honey."

"Okay, I will pick you at Thursday then. I will talk to José about changing my shift. And I got my wage."

"That's great sweetie. Were you okay home alone?"

"Actually I had a company. That guy I told you about wanted to meet and I invited him to our house. He slept there, I hope you don't mind."

"No, not at all, as long as you didn't do..."

"Dad! Stop it!" I said. "He also brought me a new phone. I tripped and broke mine."

"That's sweet of him, why did he do that?"

"He said that he wanted to cheer me up."

"He must like you" he smiled and I blushed.

Then I got a message from Gavi.
