Once xie lian had gotten in his house and changed into some much comfier clothes, he started making his way to the bathroom.
Xie lian brushes his teeth and then heads to bed.

Xie lian wakes up to an annoying ringing of an alarm clock, once he had realized it was his alarm, he shuts it off and sits up for a few minutes before having the motivation to stand up and get ready for work
Xie lian took a bath, brushed his teeth, brushed his hair, packed his things, and tied his hair in a bun before leaving the house
He waits at the bus stop for a bus to pull over and drive him over to the place he worked at like usual

Xie lian opens the door to go inside of the restaurant and goes into the staff only room to put his things down
Once shi qingxuan had realized that xie lian was in the staff room, he immediately pounced on him
"XIE-XIEE! I MISSED YOU!" Qingxuan hugged him tightly
"Qingxuan- im- c- choking!" Xie lian tried his best pushing qingxuan off of him
"Oh my stars, I'm sorry!" Qingxuan apologized "now get your ass to work! Who knows! There might be a long line outside already." Qingxuan pushed xie lian to the counter
And qingxuan was indeed correct, there was already a line Infront of him.
'Oh dear, today is gonna be a long day..' xie lian sighed and started taking orders

Hua cheng walks in the cafe, ready and set to order. He lines up and waits for 5 minutes until it was finally his turn to order food
"Hi, gege. I'd like.." xie lian cuts hua cheng off
"Strawberry shortcake and plain coffee? Got it!" Xie lian smiled
"Oh?, we've only been friends for a few days and yet you have already memorized my order. Impressive!" Hua Cheng praised
"Qi rong-" xie lian started before getting cut off
"I HEARD THAT." Qi Rong yelled loudly , voice, as always, full with anger and ready to spit out cuss words whenever he had the chance
Hua Cheng snickered "Is that imbecile always like that?" He asked
"Yes," xie lian sighed "it gets awfully tiring working with him everyday.. but hey, were low on staff right now so I dont have a choice."
"What is qi rong to you?" Hua cheng asked again
"He's my cousin, an asshole of a cousin." Xie lian answered
"Hmm, okay. That's all, I'll be taking my seat now." Hua Cheng walked away and sat at on a seat near the counter
After 20 minutes of waiting, shi qingxuan walks up to hua cheng and places his food down on the table before sitting down himself
"Uh? Why are you here." Hua cheng said coldly
"Are you xie lian's friend?" Qingxuan asked curiously
"Yes, I am. What is it that you need?" Hua cheng said
"I just have to let you know about some things.. number one! Do not hurt him, mentally or physically. I will not hesitate to punt you to the sky if you do. Number two, please look out for him" shi qingxuan frowned "He's been going through alot and sometimes I'm not there for him at all... I just wanna make sure he's okay."
"May I say a few things first?"
"Go ahead!"
"One, I'd never hurt gege, mentally or physically. Two, I will fulfill your wish and look out for him as best as I can." Hua cheng said, voice still cold as ice
"Good to hear. Now, number three, when he's mad, he swears like a pirate! Full on goes 'fuck you, bitch! Stupid ass imbecile!' type of swearing, you know? And number four, he is very unlucky. And I mean VERY unlucky."
"How so?" Hua cheng asked
"He's most likely to get hit by a racing truck or fall off a hundred stairs kind of unlucky." Qingxuan cleared his throat "please excuse me now, I must get to work." He said before leaving
Hua Cheng scoffed and ate his food silently before getting up and paying. He then walks back to his office because you can literally just cross the road and you'll be there

"Hua Chengzhu, there is someone here to see you." Yin yu said
"Huh? Let them in." Hua Cheng turns his focus back to his computer after replying to yin yu
Xie lian walks in with his backpack on his back "San lang, I hope you don't mind me visiting you."
"Ah, gege. It's no worries, I should probably give you something to verify that you're a guest. It'll be rather suspicious if someone sees you waltzing in here without pass, now, would it?" hua cheng said, standing up and heading to his drawers and looking for a visitor's pass
Once hua cheng had found the pass, he headed over to where xie lian was standing and put it around his neck "there you go, gege. if you somehow loose it, no worries, i have plenty of those laying around in my drawer."
"thank you very much, san lang. i appreciate it very much!" xie lian smiles at hua cheng as he sat down on the white leather couch infront of hua cheng's desk
the two chat for a little while until the room fell completely silent since they had run out of topics to talk about.
"Ah, San lang, is this couch new? I remember this wasn't placed here?"
"Hm? Yes, gege. This couch is new."
"Cool! Cool."
The room fell silent once more.
Xie lian opens his phone and checks his Twitter, only to start coughing violently.
"Gege? Gege?! What's wrong?! What's happening?!" Hua Cheng said, standing up to go to xie lian
"It's nothing, san lang! It's nothing! It's nothing! I just saw a tweet saying that the... Uhh..." Xie lian cleared his throat "do you know what the popular kpop girl group called 'twice' is?"
"Mhm. I've heard about them and also like their songs, what did you see?"
"Well... They're having a concert here. It just shocked me, that's all." Xie lian smiled warmly
