A Full Moons Gaze

Chapter Four

Walking was difficult because of the boot. The knife cut me every time I stepped down. It wasn't long before we reached the house. None of the light were one which meant everyone was still asleep. The mans grip around me became tighter and he lowered the knife. He reached to his bag and pulled out something. I turned my head and saw that it was a gun. What the fuck?!?!?!? He shot off one of the Bullets into the air which made me jump. The lights in the house flashed on and everyone came running out.

"Guys!" I said. The man holding didn't like it and hit me with his gun. I grunted in pain it hurt like a bitch and my face was bleeding.

"Let her go!" Gemma yelled from the house.

"No, I like her." He said as he stroked my face. Then he took the gun and held it at my temple. My heart began racing and I was sweating bucket. "Come with me and she won't get hurt." Alex stepped forward and the guy shot at him.

"What the hell!" Eric screamed.

"I only came for the girls." The man said. My head swirled around. Anger fear and sadness over whelmed me. My akin then felt like it was on fire and I could feel my body changing.

"NO!!!" I screamed and forced the guy to let me go. The next thing in know my vision becomes black and white and I am on all fours. The man looked at me scared then ran away. What happened to me?? I looked at the group and they all had the same expression on their face.

"Mia, you need to calm down." Alex said as he moved closer. I tired to yell say away but it only came out as a growl. Alex ignored the growl and continued to move closer to me. I ran away into the forest scared of myself. I ran and ran away from the house. It was about an hour before I was tired and stopped to rest. I sat for a moment and the next thing I know I am back to normal. I was so happy but I then realized something..... Shit!!!! I am naked!!! I was in the middle of the woods butt naked. I heard everyone calling my name. Tears began flowing down my face and I felt so alone. I heard some footsteps coming towards me but they stopped.

"Mia." I heard Alex say. "Are you ok?" He sounded so concerned. I wanted to answer him but I couldn't stop crying. He started walking to me once more and I snapped out of my trace.

"Stay back!" I screamed with a shaky voice. There was no way I was going to let him see me naked. He stopped dead in his tracks and sighed.

"I know your scared, but I can help you." He said with a calm voice.

"Its not just because I am scared." I paused whipping away my tears. "Its just......... I am naked." I felt so awkward saying that. He didn't say anything but he tossed something near me. I looked up and saw it was a pair of underwear jeans and a baggy shirt. Why was he carrying clothes with him? I quickly grabbed the clothes and got dressed. Even though I was no longer naked I still didn't want to be near him. "You going to come out?"

"No, I dont want to hurt you." I said as my body began to tremble and tears fell once more. Alex walked towards me again but I couldn't yell for him to stop, my voice wouldn't work. The footsteps stopped but I didn't remove my head from my knees. I felt someone touch my shoulder and from the corner of my eye I saw Alex knelling beside me.

"Shhhh...... It's okay" he said bringing me into a hug. "You okay." He stroke my hair and I cried into his chest. We just sat there for a while and then I finally calmed down. I backed away from Alex and stared at him.

"How are you so calm" I was confused. "I just turned into a monster and you not even scared." He stood up and held his hands out.

"I will explain everything at Gemma's." I grabbed his hands and he helped me up. When I stood up my foot didn't even hurt, I was fine. When didy foot heal? Alex began to walk back and I followed behind him. The walk back was quite and awkward. It was about an hour before we reached Gemma's house again. We walked back in and Gemma and Eric weren't there which meant they were still looking for me. I sat down on the couch and stared at the ceiling. Alex went to the kitchen and when he came out he had drinks in his hands. He handed one to me. He sat next to me and began explaining the whole situation.

"I turned inot a fucking wolf!?!?!?" I was so shocked that I basically yelled. Alex was still surprisingly clam.

"Yes along with Erik, Gemma, and me." Alex said and the door burst open. Gemma came in and ran to me. He hugged me and knocked me over to the floor.

"Are you ok? Do you understand what happened? How can I help? I-" she rambled.

"Gemma calm down." I interrupted her. "I am fine." That was a lie because I still couldn't believe the whole thing.

"You don't have to lie." She said frowning. "I can hear you heart beat." What she can hear my heart beat but I can't hear hers?

"You'll understand when you have you first change on the full moon tonight." Eric said. Tonight?!? Then it hit me, my dad was coming home and I had to be there. I left everyone in the living room and grabbed my shoes from outside. I grabbed them off the ground and lucky both were still intact. I sat on the ground and put them on. When I stood up everyone was next to me.

"Where are you going?" Gemma asked.

"Home." I answered and began to walk away. Someone grabbed my arm and stopped me.

"Your dad can't know about this. Also you need to come back for your first change at a full moon." He said looking straight into my eyes.

"Ok I will." I yanked my arm away and left. All this is to much, I can't cope. I ran all the way home and when I reached the front door there was a note from my dad.

Sorry to miss you today but I got called on a trip for a week. I left money and your new phone on the counter inside I love you.

I dropped the note and unlocked the door with my keys. I went inside grabbed the phone and my money then to my room to grab some clothes. As I was waking down the stairs I counted the money. Holy shit!! $600. I went outside and locked the for. After that I was on my way back to Gemma's house.

Sorry it took so long guys I have been really busy. Also sorry its so short. My friend told me I had to stop there. She's weird like that. Anyways I am going to try to get chapters up faster so bare with me. Thanks again for reading. :)
