Unexpected Love

Chapter 4

Emma went to her room, thinking about how rude she had been and what Julia might think of her. She decided to take the first step in winning Andrew's confidence. As she was lost in thought, the maid interrupted her and asked her to come down for breakfast. Emma went downstairs and sat next to Sia, facing Andrew. Andrew was completely ignoring Emma, even more than on the day they first met. Emma felt sad and guilty, but she knew that if he found out the truth and she started treating him well, he would see it as pity and wouldn't appreciate it. After breakfast, Noah told Andrew that he wasn't going to the company that day, so Emma took the opportunity and made an excuse to follow Andrew before he left.

Emma: Andrew! Andrew, please wait! ANDREW!
Andrew turned to her in anger and stopped to talk to her.
Andrew: Didn't I tell you that I don't want to see you around me? What do you want?
Emma: Listen, Andrew! I know you're angry, especially after Julia saw us. I wanted to tell you that I can come with you and explain the situation to her.
Andrew: What nonsense are you talking about? Where do you want to come? I don't have the patience to deal with this childish behavior.
Andrew turned to go to his car. Emma complained impatiently and followed him.
Emma: Hey Andrew, just give me a chance. I swear I can solve this misunderstanding.
Emma was still talking as she ran after him until they both stopped.
Andrew: I said stay away!!!

As Andrew was about to open the car, the gardener called him to ask for a favor. Emma took advantage of the distraction and snuck into the back seat of the car. After finishing his conversation with the gardener, Andrew turned back to the car and was surprised to find Emma missing. He said sarcastically:
Andrew: Solve the misunderstanding? Oh, gosh. What have we gotten ourselves into?
Andrew was driving the car when Emma suddenly appeared behind him. He was startled and pulled over to the side of the road.
Andrew: Have you lost your mind? What are you doing here?
Emma: I didn't have any other solution!
Andrew: Get out of the car!
Emma: No!
Andrew: Emma, I said get out of the car!
Emma: Come on, Andrew! How am I supposed to get out of the car? I'm new here. I don't even know the address, and there are no taxis passing by. Should I just stay on the street? And I don't know what would happen to me!! what if...

Andrew interrupted Emma by yelling at her to stop talking.
Andrew: "Okay! Just shut up! How can you speak so much in just one minute?"
Emma put on a foolish smile, which only made Andrew more angry.
Andrew: Well, I'll take you with me, but I don't want to hear your voice, Emma. Okay?
Emma points to her mouth and makes a "zipping" motion across her lips. Andrew sighs in hopelessness as Emma goes to sit next to him, laughing at him while she fastens her seat belt. They arrived at the company, with Emma following Andrew and feeling annoyed by the stares of the workers.
Emma: Why are they looking at me like that? Am I an alien?
Andrew: Shut up and keep walking.
Emma: Ugh!

They reached Andrew's office, where Julia was waiting and gave them an angry look.
Emma: You go ahead, I'll talk to her.
Emma whispered, but Andrew didn't respond.
Andrew: Julia, where's your dad?
Julia: He's in your father's office!
Andrew: Okay, I'll go there first.
Julia looked at him, but he didn't enter the office and left. Julia tried to follow him, but Emma stopped her.
Emma: Julia, listen, I know you're angry, but I want to tell you everything.
Julia: What do you want to tell me?
Emma: There was a misunderstanding today. Andrew was in the bathroom, and I went to thank him without knowing that he was inside. When we got close, I was asking him about my father's problem, which you must already know about. But the main thing is that I was thanking him for taking care of me all night because I wasn't feeling well at all. So please don't treat him badly, okay?
Julia: Did he spend the night with you?
Emma: Hah!! Yes, but only out of kindness, nothing else!

Julia looked down her nose at Emma.
Julia: Okay, Emma! Just take care. You're still a child. Don't put yourself in such situations.
Then she left, which made Emma angry.
Emma: Child? There are only three or two years between us, Julia? What child???
She was very annoyed with the idea that Andrew saw her in the same way. She sat in the office for a while.
At Noah's office, Andrew, Julia, and Julia's father William were present.
William: What will we do in the trade?
Andrew: I talked to them, and they accepted our offer, but they wanted to reduce the price a little.
William: No problem! Your father told me that you put good terms to save our rights, and that's important.
Julia: But it might be a loss for us!! I mean, the price they put is very low compared to the previous price.
Andrew: We are in this trade not for money, Julia, and you know it. We need their partnership more than money. It will make our company have authority in Turkey.
