"I literally can't believe it!!! FINALLY I-" Nezuko's face expression changed. "Muichiro-san?"
"Hai?" Muichiro blurted out and tried to smile his best.
"Are you... Ok?" Nezuko asked carefully.
"...Yeah. Anyways, since you have a boyfriend now, we shouldn't be hanging out together anymore. Your boyfriend wouldn't like that." With that, Muichiro pulled his hand away from Nezuko and walked away.
"W-wha..." Nezuko suddenly felt a lump in her throat. Muichiro left her there in the cold wind. Alone.
She sat down on the sidewalk edge, buried her face in her laps and wondered what she has done wrong.
Suddenly, it all clicked. Nezuko realized something she's been trying to not think.
Back in Muichiro's dormitory, he jumped on his bed without taking off his shoes.
Nezuko has a boyfriend. Muichiro didn't stop his tears falling from his face this time. The hard reality hit Muichiro really hard this time.

He cried his eyes off and fell asleep with his face in his pillow. Away from everything. In his dream, Nezuko pulled away from Muichiro, shouting stuff he didn't understand and faded away into the darkness, leaving Muichiro alone there. Alone. Until he got swallowed by the darkness completely, sinking in it. It felt like he was never going to wake up ever again.
Nezuko was still sitting on the sidewalk edge, completely emo.
"Nezuko-chan~" Suddenly, a familiar voice called out. It was Zenitsu! But... For some reason Nezuko only wants to see Muichiro. Only him. Nezuko was scared.
No, ZENITSU is my boyfriend, She thought.
Nezuko looked up to find Zenitsu smiling at her, like always.
She tried her best to smile. Just like Muichiro did.
"Oh! Zenitsu-kun... Hai?"
Zenitsu looked confused.
"Ooh! I am sorry. I'm just here to surprise visit you," He smiled again
"Oh. Well, that's sweet." Nezuko murmured.
Zenitsu and Nezuko known each other since they were babies. Of course Zenitsu know that something's horribly wrong. He sat down beside Nezuko.
"Hey, Nezuko-chan," He whispered, "What's wrong? You don't seem.. very happy,"
Nezuko stayed silent. There was just something wrong she doesn't know how to explain.
"Hey," Zenitsu tried again. "Seriously. Tell me your worries."
Suddenly, Nezuko remembered how she used to longe for a good boyfriend who will help her through hard times. And here he is, caring for her.
Nezuko sobbed and told him everything that has happened to her. But she didn't see Zenitsu's frown.
"Hey," Zenitsu mumbled. "Since when did you hang out with him?"
"Like, 2 months ago." Nezuko sobbed again.
"Just don't care about that muskrat," Zenitsu scowled, "You have ME right here and you are crying about him? I am your boyfriend!"
Nezuko looked at Zenitsu surprisingly. "W-what? Exactly! That's why I told you about this! If you weren't my boyfriend I would never tell this to you!"
Zenitsu's face features softened. "That's good," He whispered.
"Anyways," Nezuko rubbed her eyes and looked at her watch. "I think I have to go to class! Bye! Thank you for the surprise visit." Then she ran away.
Something's so wrong. I don't know what's wrong. Nezuko thought, shaking her head as if it could clear her mind.
Well, Nezuko lied about being late to class. In fact, there wasn't any classes that day! She wandered back to her dormitory with questions and a bunch of stuff on her mind.
She curled up on her bed.
"Nezuko-chan!" Aoi said. "How's it going to Muichi- Uhm, you good?"
Nezuko shook her head. Aoi isn't that type of people who likes to ask a bunch of questions. Instead, she sat down with Nezuko quietly.
"KYAAA!!" Muichiro woke up, sweating from head to toe. He just had the worst nightmare he ever had in his entire life. He suddenly remembered about Nezuko. His face fell again and flopped onto the bed again.
The door bell rang. Muichiro went to the door and opened it.
It was Nezuko.
Muichiro was surprised but kept his voice cold as he said, "Shouldn't you be with Zenitsu right now? Why bother to visit me?"
Nezuko's heart ached as she set back a step. "I... I am sorry." She whispered.
Rage took over Muichiro's common sense as he shouted, "What do you want? Just spit the h*ll out and leave!!"
"I..." Nezuko couldn't stop the rebellious tear from falling as she looked at the boy who she didn't recognize anymore. Who... is he?
When Nezuko continued to let the tears fall and remained silent except some sobs, Muichiro just LOST HIS TEMPER completely.
"Please. Can you leave me? I know I don't have a chance anymore!!"
