Annabeth and I were it on the beach the sun shinning merrily in the sky.
'Do it now Percy' my brain told me.
I ran shaky hands through my messy hair.
"Hey Annabeth?"
"Yeah?" She mummered into my shirt. Suddenly I acted on instinct and picked her up and threw her over my shoulder. I ran towards the water and when we reached the water I made a big bubble for us just like the time at camp. We floated it to see and I gently let her go.
"What was that fo-". She stopped abruptly when she saw where we were. She smiled at me.
"Look at that," I said pointing to a brightly colored fish. By the time she turned back around to look at me I was on my knee.
"Annabeth Chase." I said. "I have know you since we were 12 and want to spend every minute of everyday with you. Will you marry me?"
"Yes. Yes. Yes. Percy. A thousand times yes." She had tears in her eyes. I gave her the ring and she smiled at it. It had two stones one sea green with SB and one light grey with WG on it. On the back was engraved:
"Something Permanent."
