1:51 pm - English, so far not much besides pain. I am using multiple different wing subs because they're the strongest I can find and I cannot stick to just one to save my life, so I'm currently using Legends/Rei's sub because Tris suggested it and it has in the past proven to give me more progress.
4:21 pm - Home, haven't listened yet, but there is some pain and discomfort. Since it's been a bit warmer, I've been wanting to spend some time outside, but there's still snow on our deck so I'll just wait a bit.
9:15 pm - Listened to Rei's sub for a bit, some pain. Currently onto silverstar's, and still some pain. Other than that, when I try to use my telekinesis, my hand(s) tingle and hurt a bit.
11:00 pm - Switched to void's sub, sharp pain in between my left shoulder blade and some aching.
12:42 am - Took a shower, there's still a tiny bit of pain but not much. Gonna go to bed now, goodnight.
