Simarah Faith
Nalungkot ako nang maalala ko ang sinabi niya sa akin na we will celebrate this evening, but I guess she forgot. When I was about to go home. Someone sang a happy birthday to me, a very familiar voice.
"Happy birthday, Simarah Faith Ibañez!" I immediately turned my gaze behind me and was surprised from what I saw, it was Exodus. He was holding a bouquet of flowers, red roses, my favourite.
"Y-Youre here? I shouted as I hugged instantly.
I just never thought na uuwi siya sa mismong kaarawan ko. It's very surprising, he even looked more handsome.Kainis!
"Bakit? Ayaw mo bang narito ako? Didn't you missed me?" he raised his eyebrows.
"Of course, I miss you!
Akala ko talaga kami lang nandon sa bahay ni Abigail but they surprised me even more.
The place is very green, my favourite color, alam na alam talaga nila ang gusto ko. My favourite mallows and pansit. Akala ko talaga nalimutan na nila.
"Akala mo siguro nakalimutan namin no?
Thank you so much Lord for this wonderful spiritual family.
"Oh, siya't iwanan muna namin kayo ah? I know namiss niyo ang isa't isa." Hannah said as she winked on me. I just chuckled and nodded.
"Can we at least take a selfie?
"One... two... three" Exodus counted.
"Kumusta ka naman? Are you doing good in the states? I missed you." Seryosong turan ko sa kanya.
"Tama nga ako, namiss mo lang ako." He sounded like joking but he was serious indeed." I missed you, too." Dagdag pa niya.
"May sas—" pinigilan niya ako.
Such a cutie!
"I-I like you, Simarah Faith."
"Ha? Hindi ko marinig, louder please." I teased him.
"Hala, andaya mo nam—"
"No it's, I love you." I felt my heart stopped for a moment when his lips touched mine. I could save this moment forever. "Will you be mine for the rest of our lives and serve God together?" dagdag pa niyang sambit.
"Y-Yes! I love you too, Exodus Ibañez. You are my miracle!" and finally, nasabi ko na rin ang tunay kong nararamdaman sa kanya. Simula noon, una pa lang niyang pang-aaway sa akin, I knew that I already planted some feelings for him.
He was the miracle of my life, my Exodus Ibañez. The gift of God for the rest of my life. Thank you, Jesus!
