We parked behind the big white block. I was finally gonna get my legs fixed, but I wasn't thinking about that, The whole car journey I was thinking about Alice. Dad and Duncan lifted me into the chair.
"Sorry for not telling you, but we're also gonna to see someone that can help you." Dad said softly.
Help? I didn't need help, I needed advise and..... Alice.
As we walked into the block, people stared at me like I was some kind of ogre. I simply stared back as an old man came and held my fingers in his gentle hands, He muttered a few words and softly pushed my hands away. Then he croaked out:
"A dark spirit is trying to control you for your magic, he is so strong I can't trace who he is and what he wants to do to you, But I know when he is going to attack you."
"When?! When?! I need to know!" I cried, tears forming from my eyes.
"Do not worry my child, For he is to come tomorrow at midnight, the best place to hide is the old church down this street." The old man whispered.
I nodded as he brushed away my tears. "Now, I shall get my best magicmen and woman to get your feet back in shape. But remember Chloe, You are a good person with a pure heart."
"Thank you, Elder Burrow, for everything." Dad ended.
Burrow simply nodded and walked back into the crowd as a few men and women in doctors outfits came and took me upstairs into a ward.

I came out the theater and a nurse wheeled me to my ward to recover.
The ward was not like you normal ward, Normal wards were dull, white and boring with an absolute TON of medical instruments that you don't know about. This ward was much MUCH different, It had blue swirling patterns and mint walls with weird but beautiful creatures, like a bunny with dragon wings and lions with tiger stripes.
This was probably the BEST WARD EVER!
"Its so pretty, do the patterns mean anything?" I asked the nurse pushing my chair.
"Why yes they do. The blue swirls mean good luck, the mint green walls tell you everything's gonna be okay, That bunny represents being loved and the dragon wings on it means keep on fighting. The lion means be alert and the stripes on it keep away evil. And the other animals, find that out for yourself." The nurse replied.
I smiled as she closed the curtains.
I wobbled on my feet when I tried to stand up, It was hard and rather complicated. I felt like a baby doing that. I heard the curtains unrolling as I hugged the floor. Then I felt strong hands lift me up onto the bed.
"James?"
"Hai Chloe!"
"Hai!"
He twidded his thumbs nervously, blushed a little and looked into my eyes.
"Can you tell the truth when I ask you this question?" He asked.
"Always, watcha got bra?" I said, sounding like Pewdiepie.
"Well......"
"Yes?"
"Will you be my girlfriend?"
My eyes widened as he said it. My heart was beating faster than ever. I was so glad he said that. This is the Best. Day. Ever.
"Yes, Why not?"
His nervous face turned into a face a child would have if he was offered a lifes supply of Jaffa cakes. He kissed me and I kissed back, but then Dad just HAD to ruin that moment because he burst into the room with some balloons.
"Oops, am I ruining a moment here?" Dad whispered.
"Yep....." I stammered embarassly.
Me and James blushed a little.
"Well, I don't want to ruin a moment, So bye Clo!" Dad pecked me on the cheek and James tied the balloons to the cupboard door next to my bed.
"Lets finish what we started..." James trailed and kissed me again, His lips were gentle and I felt like I was in paradise. Then he said:
"Need help with walking?" He lifted me with his arms and I staggered on my feet. I put my arm over his shoulder and tried walking, after a while, I got better and finally did it WITHOUT James helping me.
'It sure is nice to walk again." I said.
"I know.". James phone started buzzing and he looked at it. "Sorry, I gotta go, love ya."
He kissed me on my forehead and jogged out of the room. I smiled to myself.
I was the girlfriend of the love of my life, and I was proud of it
