A single drop of water could be felt on her face. Then another one and other one... Suddenly, she felt like someone just threw a bucket full of water onto her face. The low sound of drops were taken away by the stroundous background noises that could be heard due to the rain.
Her body was heavy... too heavy. Her mind was off and she was lazy enough to even think about it, but it took her just one quick moment to realize she fell asleep and it was rainning a lot. She rubbed her face with her hands... Or at least tried to, the drops of water were making everything more difficult for the samurai girl. Then she remembered... her hands imediatelly went to her lap, looking for a certain tiny creature that could be found there just a moment ago. Just a moment ago, really? For how long did she sleep? she couldn't even tell if it was already daytime, the cloudy wheater didn't help her. But at that time she was more worried about that little lizard which was resting with her.
'Maybe it got scared due to the rain... Or it simply left.' Said the girl concerned about the tiny creature. She really hope that it didn't get hurt. Ei, at that time, realized she was soaked. Her body started trembling, with her teeth grinding a little. It was more than time for her to find a shelter, so, the girl roamed quickly to the nearest tree. 'This will be of use.' Said, sitting above the huge branches.
The young kagemusha used her arms to embrace herself, thinking about of how careless she was, sleeping during work. Was Makoto all right? Did something happen while she was asleep? What if something came up, Makoto needed her and she didn't appear? Guilt was pursuing her up. She needed to check on Makoto and the other archons, she needed to know if they were okay. But, unfortunately, the rain showed no signs of stopping so soon.
Her head was hurting, her body was getting lazier and her eyelids wanted to close... But she had to be strong! She couldn't get sick now, she couldn't show any signs of weakness while she was out there, in an unknown place full of different creatures.
Ei's body was getting even heavier once again and that feeling of tiredness took over her.
Wait...
Wait.
What if the lizard got scared and really hurt itself? Maybe it got attacked and she didn't realize. Was she always this reckless and naive? Maybe... Maybe...
She couldn't even conclude her thoughts. She was way too exhausted.
'Only a little rest...' Ei murmured softly before her eyelids finally won that hard fight and closed, she took a last deep breath after her head just "turned off"...

Suddenly, something warm was felt by the girl, still unconscious... It feels like fur, she guessed. 'How funny' thought, but Ei was still too tired to really mind about it. Her body unconsciously snuggled into the unknown thing.
This warmth kept her comfortable for a really, really long time, until she woke up.
Eyes wide open, a confusing feeling inside her, her mind all vague still with that tiredness, she was probably totally disheveled. With an yawn, the girl stretched herself all comfy. But, she didn't know why yet, something was wrong. Then the silly girl realized something supporting her back. She realized brown scales around her, fur, huge golden claws and horns and a pair of amber eyes staring at her.
It was a dragon. There was no doubt.
In a quick movement, she got away of the creature, drew her sword and pointed it straight into the dragon's face. The girl was nervous, scared and weak, the beast could feel it, but if needed she would cut him into slices, concluded the dragon.
